While this is a big-box store, they rarely disappoint. Fair pricing, good sales, lots of selection. For baby stuff, this is really the only one-stop shop in the area. That said, it can be hard to find a staff member to help you, and everything is name-brand, nothing local. Babies R Us is good about returns — there have been plenty of times that I picked out the perfect bottle/car seat/clothes, only to find that it didn’t work at all for my kiddo. They make returns easy and painless. If you are expecting or have friends with a new little one, Babies R Us is a great place for a registry or gift cards. Shopping local is almost always a better option, but for certain things it is nice to have a great selection knowing returns are easy.

I thought the point of picking something from a registry online and having it ready and waiting in the store was to save time. This is not the case as I see 6 employees standing around doing nothing while I wait for someone to go get my order. I would have saved a considerable amount of time grabbing it myself, however they told me this is not allowable and I have to wait. I would not return to this super slow baby’s r us again and I certainly would never do ship to store.

I kind of hate babies r us and toys r us and had avoided both locations until I had a baby. I feel bad giving them two stars but this place makes me want to shower after I leave. It’s big and has a lot of stuff(most of which we will never need) and it is kind of gross. I’d much rather buy my baby goods online and have them shipped to me rather than go to this place but unfortunately sometimes you need something right away and have to set foot in a babies r us… just remember to bring your hand sanitizer and prepare to wait in line forever because they never seem to have enough people working. Do yourself a favor and plan ahead and order from or amazon.

Needed a stroller, and needed it fast! :)(Kids were in the car with Dad, waiting to go to a museum… and the baby’s stroller was in another state!). Nicole, who usually does portraits, swooped in and helped me narrow my search quickly, even giving me a quick tutorial on the strollers that I was deciding between(I’ve had a few strollers already, so you’d think I’d be an expert by now… not so!). All said, she and her colleagues helped me find a great stroller, buy it with a coupon that I was pretty sure didn’t apply, and figure out how to snap the wheels on so I could walk out the door — all within ten minutes. Hooray for my first-ever positive BabiesRUS experience!
