Buyer beware! At first meet, i was impressed by the knowledge of the person i met who gave me the estimate for installing speakers in my fiancees car(which happened to be his birthday present) it all went downhill from there. The deposit was put down, the work was done. The car sounded worse than when it was brought in. All of a sudden, we needed to get a new amp and tweeters. These components worked fine when the car was brought in, mysteriously these components were non-functional when we got the car back. We then took the car back to them to get looked at and were told the stereo was«Crap» to begin with. It was the most disappointing experience i have ever had. Do not do business with these snakes! If i could give no stars i would!

I went there to ask them for a price in wiring up my amp and a sub that I already had from my previous vehicle. i was very disappointed by the way they respond it to my request, actually kind of cocky and rude! The man behind the desk told that this is the crapy part of the job and he is not even half way interested in giving me a quote! I repeat Half Way Interested! Told me to take to Traffic Jam, witch I did and they did an amazing job for cheap. Note to the owner: I would not have posted this review, but I told a friend of mine about my experience and he told me he had the same experience as well when he came in asking for installation on a remote starter on his Nissan.

Quited me one price to install a starter, then called me after my car was ripped apart to tell me I needed to buy $ 60 more worth of parts. They didn’t actually have the parts, so in order to get my car working again, I had to go to Best Buy MYSELF to get the part. Told me they were going to mail my receipt to me, and never did. Told me during the installation they give their customers free keychain transmitter batteries, then charged my wife for a replacement battery two months later. Her transmitter, incidentally, requires TWO batteries, and they changed only one. I would not take my car there again if you offered to pay for it. I am appalled at the owner’s lack of care for customer issues, and will do everything I can to make sure nobidy I know give them one dollar of business.
