I like this place the fact that vacuum is free is a big deal. what is free these days. I have the monthly car was package and it works great. Gas prices are decent. the quality of the car wash itself is average.

Half the times I have been here, the pumps don’t give a receipt, today the select button for regular did not work. I track all my purchases because I use a debit card so it’s really nice to have receipt, and not to mention being able to buy the gasoline I want… if the button worked. Unless you want a car wash, go elsewhere for your fuel, this place as far as inoperative equipment goes, does not cut the mustard.

On my way to work out by the Maine Mall this morning, my Honda’s tire pressure warning popped up – and of course, being the totally non car savvy person I am, I pulled into the closest gas station to see if someone could help me. First bonus of Scrub-​a-​Dub is the free air, which is especially great for someone like me who goes through a lot of (embarrassing) trial and error trying to remedy her car issues. Second bonus was the exceptionally helpful employee, Matt, who offered to help measure the weight of my tires and then fill them for me! It seemed like the staff was busy running the car wash, so I appreciated even more the few minutes he took to help me out – it completely made my day and I will definitely return on a regular basis!

While I have always had good experiences at several NE locations, I write in particular with regard to South Portland by the mall. All of the guys there are always efficient and pleasant — even with the brutal cold and horrible weather we suffered through this winter. I definitely didn’t envy them on the coldest of days, and they always do an excellent and consistent job despite weather conditions. I give particular praise to Seth, who seems to be there 24 – 7, is helpful and efficient, and always has a smile on his face.
A monthly unlimited plan is an excellent value as well — definitely worth consideration!

Their gas is always too much money when you can go to Sam’s Club down the street or Cumberland Farms across the street from Sam’s Club. This car wash is about as good as you can get for a machine wash. I buy the books of washes so the price is down around $ 6.50 a wash. Outside they have cloths for you to be able to wipe your vehicle down after the wash. They will also give you a vacumn token included in the price of the wash.

Have been going here for a while but the surly older guy at the counter (owner?) needs some customer service training. Very unpleasant. Not at all friendly. Will go elsewhere for gas. Like the car wash and will pay at the wash itself to avoid going inside the station. Too bad. Good location.
