All are welcome at HTEC (Holy Trinity Episcopal Church). HTEC has a new priest who is passionate about making visitors welcome. There is a preschool (Calico Cat) attached to the church and the church runs a thrift store (Calico Threads) in downtown South River. This is also the home base of the UWA Elite pro wrestling group. A family friendly show is available about every six weeks with parishioners manning the concession stand to benefit the local food bank.

The only reason I would even consider setting foot into a church is to see live wrestling. And strange as it may sound, this is where UWA Elite Wrestling films their live shows. Church is so much more fun when you get to watch a bunch of grown men pretend to beat the bejesus out of each other! (Oh no, did I just say that? Oh well, I’m going to hell already anyway.)
