Al-Tone Overhead Door

Super responsive, great workmanship, and fair prices. They even came out on a holiday when the cable broke on my door and it jammed halfway down. They don’t pressure you with the upsell, when I called for my 87 year old Dad, they came same day and adjusted and serviced his opener to get it working again, where some companies would have immediately seen an opportunity to sell someone a new opener. After 3 visits from Al –Tone over the years, I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

I called this company when the coil spring on our garage door broke. Same day service, really nice and friendly repairman, reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommended.

I had a contractor who subcontracted my new garage doors to Al-​Tone. The contractor told me the doors would be custom-​fit, and I ordered them in white. They arrived in ivory, and not custom-​fit, so there was a huge gap under one door. The contractor refused to make the doors custom-​fit. The contractor tried to keep the identity of Al-​Tone a secret, but Al-​Tone left a sticker on the door-​opener button. When I contacted Mr Velasquez of Al-​Tone, I learned the contractor had purposely ordered ivory, because they were in stock and white was not, and he had not fully paid Al-​Tone for the doors. So both Al-​Tone and I got ripped off. Nevertheless, Mr Velasquez came back and made the doors custom-​fit, and changed out the unpaintable ivory parts at no extra charge to me. Excellent workmanship and GREAT honesty and business principles. Very highly recommended.
