Went here for lunch and ordered my usual Beef and Cheddar with Potato Cakes. Was very disappointed as there was not alot of roast beef in the sandwich. Think this is my last time at this Arby’s…

I like Arby’s — it a nice break from typical fast food places. This location is really small and can get busy fairly quickly around lunch time, so be prepared. I have stopped in a couple of times lately with coupons from the back of my receipt for a free sandwich with purchase of a combo. What’s not to love about that? It has always been clean, and the staff has always been friendly(enough). My food has always come out correct and tasted fine. No complaints from me…

My husband and I went here this evening cashing in on a coupon we had. I specifically told the cashier who was taking my order for a corn beef sandwich, no cheese or sauce, just tomato and lettuce. Come to find when I opened my sandwich it was smothered with cheese and no lettuce or tomato anywhere. The thing is I repeated to her exactly how I wanted the sandwich and she said ok. The food there is not even that great. The bread was cold as ice. If I didn’t have the buy one get one free coupon, you’d never see me there.

Food was o.k. The door windows full of finger prints(how about having staff clean them each morning) and the floor was sticky(how about having staff wash the floors each day)?

This place must be some sort of landmark, it’s been here and survived. Perhaps they’re doing something right. Upon entry, I noted that the place was quite warm, in contrast to the windy cold outside… good old SSF. I tried the Reuben. The bread was warm and soft but toasty. I could taste the creamy butter in between slices of pastrami and the bread. Good amount of sauerkraut. The meat seemed to have the right texture, but it was a little bland in flavor… I was struggling to taste the pastrami. I guess Jon Stewart was right. Yeah, lots of other sandwich places out there.

Unbelievably rude and unpleasant service. It was astonishing. Not going back.

When the Westlake location closed this Arby’s was the only one in town. It’s old and a bit rundown but it did the job. The food is good as expected and still is. But the customer service is beyond deplorable! We weren’t sure what we wanted so the cashier went to clean the fryer. Okay, no prob. But when we were ready we called to her, two of us did. Yet she kept on cleaning the fryer and ignored us. After about a minute and just before we were going to leave another worker came out from the back and took our order. Although his attitude wasn’t much better than the first lady. But we ordered anyway. Finally, the food was done. Although had my friend not seen her put it on the counter and ask if it was ours we would have sat around waiting longer! Huullloooo!!! Usually when a customer’s order is ready the operative phrase is «your food is ready, sir!» Not cop an attitude and put it on the counter without a word! Phuck this place! This is the last time I ever come here! Zero stars!!!(If only you could!)

I haven’t eaten here in 15 years. Ordered the pastrami and turkey swiss on rye. It’s about average. The food was average. The service was average. It’s hard to eat a sandwich when you had Rhea’s deli, Ike’s and Roxie’s. I’m just saying…

Staff here has to be the most miserable Ive EVER seen at a fast food place which makes for a bad experience but this is the only Arby’s around so I keep coming back.

Since this location changed franchise owners several months ago, this store is always clean, and the crew is friendly. Quite a difference from the previous franchise owner. Food is always fresh and tasty.

Always love going here. The restaurant dining area is small but the building is one of the originals. Food is as good as any Arby’s. Workers are friendly. Get the market fresh beef and Swiss!

Stopped by Arbys again today. Arby’s corporate has a Halloween special going on where if you say«trick or meat», you will receive bacon on any item that you want for free. Unfortunately this Arby’s location: isn’t complying with the national program from Arby’s corporate to do so. When I asked for free bacon they thought they didn’t have to give it to me. When I showed them the program on the Arby’s Twitter and Facebook presences. They still didn’t comply. I guess the South City location: is somewhat of a rogue operation

I like the old school appeal. The shakes are great and the chicken strips taste healthy and they’re really thick. I wish there were more arbys around.

Arby’s is one of those restaurants I always see advertised on TV but I don’t actually see many of them around. When I saw one in SSF, I just wanted to try it out. I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries. The food came out hot and quickly. My sandwich was okay but it wasn’t anything special. The fries were actually decent. After my meal though, I was still hungry. I like that the kitchen is so open so you can see what they’re doing back there. They seem to make everything fresh after you order it. I’d recommend taking your food to go rather than dining in. The seating is very limited and the tables weren’t very clean. For the very few tables they have, I felt that they should’ve all been cleaned more often. At least it doesn’t get busy here. The parking is also plentiful and it’s easy to find this Arby’s. Their sign could use some repair but it’s huge so you won’t miss it if you drive by.

300th Review! I used to love coming to Arby’s when I was a kid back in TX. One of the few locations around, sometimes I stop by when I’m having a craving. I always have to order an Arby-q which isn’t on the menu but it’s chopped roast beef thoroughly coated with their signature sauce on a bun. I also enjoy their newer sandwich the turkey hawaiian(add cheddar). Their recent addition(the brisket) is not good at all, so don’t order it! It was dry and the flavors wasn’t appealing at all. With my orders, gotta have the potato cakes. It’s pretty much a big tater tot. Always hot and crispy! Service sucks. Once they closed early because they couldn’t get their registers to work but they didn’t turn off their«open» light. They gave us attitude when we walked in. Well how in the world are we supposed to know?! Light on & door’s open. Not our fault. Several times they have run out of items as well which really sucks. Just grab and go. Tiny place with the bathrooms in the back(like at gas stations). Kinda dingy.

This is the only Arby’s we know of nearby. Usually pretty decent service, although can be quite slow if you ordered behind others. Food is usually fresh and hot though. No drive thru and quite small inside with only a few tables. The place is also usually really warm inside. The outside tables are nice when its nice outside.

small little hole in the wall Arby’s that looks and feels like 20 years ago. Was arby’s even open 20 years ago? whatever! haha. There’s only a couple tables, and the parking lot is plenty big on both sides to fit more than enough cars. The food tasted decent but the oil needed to be changed more often. Their curly fries the last time I went were too fried and totally killed it. The roast beef sandwiches remained on point though. They had four dudes cramped in the little«kitchen» and food was ordered quickly and came out just as quickly.
