His business is listed on Groupon, I called to inquire about oil changing service and whoever answered, I will assume Armando, was extremely short, unprofessional and rude… this is how the exchange went…
Armando: Hello (sounded annoyed)
Me: Hello? Is this Armando? With Armando Auto Service?
Armando: Yes. How did you get this number? What are you looking for? (Sounds increasingly annoyed)
Me: um, an oil change… you’re on groupon and this is the number listed…
Armando: I don’t do groupon anymore… what kind of car do you have.
Me:…a Prius? But I don’t know if I want any service anymore.
Armando: what kind of oil do you want? Synthetic or regular.
Me: synthetic
Armando: I’ll do it for $ 45. What time do you want to come in.

I went into Armandos Exress with my bumper all messed up and Ahmed was the nicest most honest mechanic guy you will seriously meet! He fixed my bumper deals were amazing most definitely going back!
