Chase Bank

The nicest chase bank i been too. Manager is great approach me right away with a quick manner. Got me innout there quick.

I LOVE THIS BANK. And I love Christopher Quiocho the relationship banker. I can’t tell your how terrific he was, went I went to him asking for help. I’m going through and IRS audit (urgh) and I needed a huge number of copies, cancelled checks, statements etc. of really old accounts. I was on a deadline and was so worried that I couldn’t get that info at a branch, and would have to call customer service and have them sent to me, which would be two weeks, far after the IRS demanded them due. Christopher was amazing, he took 10 minutes to call around to find out how to get into the old accounts and also how to pull up the old checks. I almost cried when he got it to work. Anyway, I’d move all my accounts to that branch if I were you. Not only is Christopher great, but his manager Carmen Martinez Wong, stood by to see if he needed any help. And not only are the people FABULOUS, the branch is ultra modern, so you can actually just go in and get a new debit card on the spot and it has really cool terminals… i dont bank anywhere else now and i live in san francisco, but since i live near 280 it’s only a few miles down the road.

Ahh. the future of banking. You just walk up to it and choose denominations and viola no hassle. Now that’s if you’re just doing simple transactions. If you have account issues or trying to open up one, I’m sure you’re gonna want to talk to a person. But as far as those machines are concerned there should be a few of them in every Chase Bank. Kind of like the self pay check outs at Safeways. It’s fast and easy. as long as you know what you’re doing.

I dread coming to this branch. The set-​up is frustrating and the service is incredibly slow!!! I cant believe Chase chose to transition into this type of system when most people walk in and end up thinking WTH?! Who do I talk to? Where are the tellers? Where are the forms? They take your money and then disappear into another room. I will do my best to avoid business here.

An absolutely terrible branch.
After our third unsuccessful attempt to open a joint account, my fiancé and I went to Wells Fargo Bank and we were very happy with customer service there.
Westborough Chase is short staffed — we have been told to wait for another 10 minutes every 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour and a half, we decided to leave (and nobody stopped us). That was the best idea.
If you are a Chase customer, you can definitely use ATM, because it’s very convenient there. But if you need help with your account and want to speak with a banker, I highly recommend going any other branches.

Well I’m not quite sure how to review an ATM… Umm…it was very nice… new and shiny. All the buttons worked flawlessly, there were no scratches on the screen and the touch screen functioned immaculately. It took the money I deposited and accurately balanced my account. I didn’t quite get a chance to go into the bank, since I stopped by after hours.
The Chase branch that housed the ATM was very clean and shinny. My buddy who lives in South SF told me the Plaza was recently renovated… or was it completed… I can’t quite recall. The entire plaza is very nice.
