orbitz travel is a ripoff. Booked a trip. could not use airline ticket. Had a year to use ticket and they would not transfer, reimburse or give a credit towards a new airline or a new ticket or an orbitz credit. tried to contact orbitz before ticket expired, i was told to call airline. Airline could not help me said the ticket was under control or orbitz! Lost $ 338 –huge disappointment. DO NOT USE ORBITZ FOR TRAVEL —

On trips to Asia, I always book my flight with Jackie Ho of Cost Less Travel. She gets me the best price and is efficient, accurate and responsive. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Jackie has been really great in helping me book flights. Most recently, she booked our flights to Beijing China, for ½ of what was listed on the
website. I was really surprised myself, because I typically use websites such as

orbitz, etc… The only downside was that we had to pay cash… but for 50% off, it was totally worth it.
I would definitely check with Jackie whenever you need to book expensive international flights.

I agreed with Kelly Y.‘s review about the travel agent– Jackie Ho. A friend recommended me to this travel agency and she was indeed right about Jackie’s service. She is very patience and helpful with my questions. I’ve already went to her twice for getting airfare to Hong Kong and both times i am satisfy with her customer service; very professional in person and also on the phone/​and emails. She was able to give me the best deals on packages for airfare/​hotels. I wouldn’t mind coming back to her for future reservations.
