Paid $ 3000+ for one of their fridge. It turns out to be a lemon as it is noisy and the door broke after 8 months of use. After waiting 3 months, the replacement part arrived except their contracted repairer bolted from the job. Now I have an expensive refrigerator that doesn’t seal properly and it sounds like the door will come off at anytime.

Dacor is the WORST brand of ALL!!! PERIOD!!! I have the fridge and stove both from Dacor. NON-STOP problems one after another. I have only had those for 3 years. Terrible product and terrible service. DON“T BUY!

We absolutely love working with Charlene! As the go-to-person for booking events at Dacor, she is friendly, professional, responsive and a great help throughout the event planning process! Our clients love the state-of-the-art equipment and the convenient location off of the 101. Loads of free parking and a great option for any group wishing to do a hands-on cooking party outside of San Francisco.

if they were graded for presentation alone then dam they would get and easy 5 stars
we came for couples cooking class not to buy appliances but everything here was well laid out, super spacious, this would be the place you would go if you want to have the kitchen to be your center piece of the house. Literally this spot got the goods, we were here for Parties that Cook for couples date nite got to say friendly staff, excellent selections of appliances definitely would go back if not to purchase simply to cook on these high end appliances haha
