I totally agree with what the guy said before me. All the lady kept talking about was her BMW and how much she spent on clothes. this is extremely unprofessional and irrelevant with insurance. She was also very unorganized. She told me incorrect information multiple times and kept getting someone else’s information mixed up with mine. Are you kidding me??? Now that’s not the end of it. She was also extremely rude, cutting me off every time I asked a question. Made me feel like the questions I was asking were stupid and unimportant. If I’m paying an insurance company hundreds of dollars every month. I have the right to know every last detail. Im not the only one who has a problem with her. There were multiple people who came in unhappy and left the same way, threatening to leave Dashers and moving to another insurance company. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope I never have to come back again!

They have worst customer relationship ethics in this place. Seriously, all I wanted to get was a quick insurance and ready to go someplace else. I did it earlier through phone and it was so much easier! I have never been verbally attacked in this place, sure the Lady was nice and all but all she did was talk about her life, she keeps complaining and complaining that it seriously got personal and unethical. I ended up staying more than an hour here even though they only said it was suppose to be for 10 – 15 mins tops! One time experience is enough. I shall never waste my time here again. My advice is that if you want to get an insurance from Dashers, just do it online, it is much more simple.
