I love coming here. I think everyone is very sweet. I am always in and out which I LOVE! I don’t feel pressured to have work done I don’t need like some other dentist I have been to.

Wow, I can’t believe the reviews before me are for the same dental practice/​dentist that I go to! Let’s just say that I haven’t always been as diligent with my teeth maintenance as I am now and as such, I’ve had a range of work done at more than a handful of private practices. You can almost call me a filling connoisseur =P
The care I’ve received from Dr. Arevalo was top tier. She left my mouth feeling fresh after cleanings and always provided me with a thorough explanation of the differnt treatment options available. Unlike my experience at other places, I never felt pressured to purchase upgrades or undertake any dental work that I wasn’t financially or physically ready to take on. I’ve worked in sales, so I can spot BS when I see it. That’s one of the reasons why I will continue to go to this practice for my dental work. I feel that Dr. Arevalo is a straight shooter that presents you with the facts, offers her professional recommendation, then ultimately leaves you with the decision to make with no pressure.
My experience with the rest of the staff have been positive as well as the receptionist and assistats have always been pleasant.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DENTIST BECAUSE THEY WILL DEFINITELY WASTE YOURS! We decided to try out Dr. Garcia because of a change in insurance however what a mistake! This office lacks courtesy and professionalism as they will cancel and change appointment times on you based on a whim. I had asked for a specific time and day based on my teenagers athletic schedule the 1^st time, yet they flip flopped the kids on their schedules, calling to remind them to come in on totally different days. My son complained when he went. that they pushed to have cavity treatments on both visits when he felt he didn’t need them. I told him it’s possible and to give them a chance, but he was adamant about not going back after two visits. On my daughter’s first visit, the clinic pushed to have her x-​rays done, not a problem, but when she mentioned her back gums were sore and asked about her upcoming wisdom teeth, they recommended for her to get them out ASAP, then on the last visit, they contradicted themselves and said she was fine??! On her second visit, we showed up for her appointment and they were CLOSED completely with no prior warning phone call, they simply weren’t there. They claimed they had called, there was no message left on our cell phones. Completely WASTED our time and inconvenienced our schedule! The kicker is Marie, the receptionist called for this last rescheduled appointment and told my daughter that they had to reschedule AGAIN, 30 hours before appointment time, because they simply didn’t have any other patients scheduled that day. When I complained of their lack of professionalism to their patients and how she was already two months behind in cleaning due to the previous mishap, they had her immediately come later that day, but was done with her cleaning in 14 MINUTES! They didn’t even floss her teeth and had the nerve to explain the reason was because her teeth were really clean already! When I complained again that flossing is part of any normal regular cleaning, Dr. Garcia finally offered us another cleaning. That would be like complaining to a waiter about your food though, you know what happens there! No way! I was scared they would have made my daughter bleed! I should have seen the signs way back and not wasted my insurance money prior to even this last experience. I feel I gave them more than a fair chance with 6 total cleanings. Dr. Garcia also has a partner, Dr. Santos, whom was mostly pleasant, unfortunately I don’t know if she was one of the offending «cancellers». I am not the complaining type, however I feel in this instance, it’s necessary to warn others and share my unfortunate negative experience here with this dentist.
