IHOP

The slowest service I have ever gotten at an IHOP not to mention that it was practically empty. They also tried to charge me $ 6 for an extra chicken breast, not a very reasonable price in my opinion. Will never come back here

Don’t go here. First time I was here ordered the sirloin steak with the eggs and it tasted like cleaning products. After eating a couple of bites I found my self running into the bathroom and puking. Thought it was an isolated incident so thought I would try them again next week and this time did not even get a chance to order. After waiting ten minutes I was finally given a table, there was plenty tables to choose from, but then the waitresses kept passing me and refused to help me or take my order, so we got up and left. I know I won’t be back here and neither should you.

Got here after a long drive. Sat at I hop waited for my food and all of the bacon and hash brown was burnt, look like Charco. What the f…

I think its fitting to go to IHOP and order something with a pancake. I happen to like their dessert crêpe with blueberries $ 4.59 and botomless coffee $ 2.99 with carafe. The dessert crêpe is a small proportion with two small vanila ice cream scoops and a dab of whip cream. I like small proportions of bad-​for-​you sugary goodness… so this is perfect.
The negative criticism. The coffee is weak. The dessert crêpe was without doubt reheated. The whip cream was from a can as were the blueberries.
Still Im very pleased with the value. A comfortable spot to relax for a moment is worth it… Not having to beg for a coffee refill is priceless. At midnigt what other options are available? I guess I could save a few bucks and have a coffee and .69 cent donut from 7 – 11 in their parking lot — but times arent that tough.

My sister and I had visit in three different occasion this place. The services is perfect and the place is clean. For some reason, today the food was not warm not hot either; We were disappointed. On the other hand, we had a minestrone soup in courtesy of the house; It was the first time that we had soup. Actually, the soup was hot and we had enjoy that. I guest that it balance it out. I will give another try next time and I will see of the consistency in the food is the same otherwise I may not returned.

The wait was long after my kids and I was seated. The manager only had two witnesses working and it’s was about 15 minutes until we were asked if we wanted water. When I asked for the manager he came to the table and was loud stating he was under it had nothing to do with anything else lol but all my kids and I wanted was something to drink.

The service was not very good, but the food was great for IHOP. I will give them the benefit of the doubt because it was a busy Sunday morning on the service aspect, but when I request a refill on my $ 4 «bottomless» juice drink, I don’t want to get it after I’m done with my meal.

the only reason to go here is that you have a really early flight and too much baggage to take the bart and you needed to get over the bay bridge EARLY before the traffic to make sure you got there in time and WHOOPS you got there too early. OK. so now go ahead and eat here. At first you’ll think you’ve entered a time warp. They’re won’t be any customers but everyone will move slowly to get you your food. It will take so long. And then later you’ll not feel so hot. But hey, at least you didn’t sit at the airport all that time. But i think it will be years before you make that mistake again.

I had a craving for chicken but do not likee white meatt. I asked the waitress if it would be possible to onlyy givee me darkk pieces and she and another waitress saidd theyy cannot as it onlyy comes as halff a chicken. At first we decided justt to stayy and drink our coffee onlyy. Til Gabriel (the manager) camee overr to us and apologized whole heartedly for not being ablee to break up the chicken as it would loook as if one of the staff tried to steal the remainder of the halff chicken
He evenn offered to pay for our meall and gavee us a freee salad. Veryy goood business ethics. My girlfriend finally suggested to givee us the halff chicken and she would takee the breast homee
If it hadn’t beeen for Gabriel’s professionalism and Patty’s great customer service we would havee leftt after our coffee and probably never returned
As it turned out we had a great meall and leftt verry happy

Absolutely adore this place! We’ve been to a lot of ihops from socal to norcal and this is the best one.
Service is wonderful! Kind owner/​manager he was very sweet to bring us very fresh food.
Prices are the same as any ihop.
Location is great for airport pick up/​drop offs.
Inside this ihop is very nice and I hate how it’s so far from us ;(
Food took about 30 min. Which was perfect for us as we were waiting to pick up our puppy from cargo (had more than half an hour so it helped us to kill time) so it all worked out for us :)

This place was crowded and slow. There really isn’t much to say about the food. It came out warm, looked somewhat like the picture on the menu but lacked the expected taste one hoped for. It’s iHop. so one gets what one pays for. This ihop is like any other ihop and really nothing special about it. It’s relatively close to the airport but the PARKING is terrible. Especially after it rains. Expect about a 15 – 20 minute wait and another 10 – 15 minute for the food. Service staff was nice though.

So this is close to our hotel so we divided to just grab a short stack of pancakes. We wait for about 30 minutes to get our pancakes… Never again. I do not know why it takes so long to make simple pancakes. Also had to hunt down a waiter for our check. What’s up with the customer service ihop?! Get your stuff together! We saw 3 people walk out after they were seated and had already placed their orders! We just wanted pancakes and this was the ONLY place near the airport that had them. :-/​we will go to a grocery store and buy a hot plate and the ingredient next time before we come here. Save yourself the time and go to a McDonald’s or something.

This spot gets five stars for the service and the pleasant personalities of the employees. Standard IHOP fare having a multitude of pancake styles available.
I am always greeted with a warm welcome and treated like family here. The food always comes as ordered and is hot.
This restaurant is attached to the Travelodge at SFO and is very convenient for a stay in San Francisco area.
My server Miriam was very attentive and pleasant.
She made my visit memorable. It’s nice to be treated so kindly in a place that sees so many.

The staff here is probably one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Just had my last experience at this location.
Got my order to go: 2 pancake combos.
They mushed the pancakes into one small box so that all the syrup was leaking out into the bag & onto everything else. On top of that, the stuffed that box on the side of the bag, so that it came open while trying to get it out. I had a huge mess to clean up, and food was not even warm.
They really need to train staff to just do better in the simplest of things. I guess anyone can work here.

Came here for breakfast with my significant other, his mama and my brother before we headed to SFO.
I had a good experience here with them. No complaints. The service we received was attentive and their was a good amount of people too. I had the garden omelette with hash browns and it was yummy with a drink of the OJ’ heheh.

Definitely my new favorite IHOP to go to. I live in the South City area and normally my partner and I go to the one on El Camino. But we forgot that one wasn’t 24hrs and he had just gotten off graveyard so we drove over to this location. We tend to avoid this area only because you get all the tourist traffic from the airport, but I am so happy we settled on coming here.
We were seated and greeted our host with a smile. He was immediately so happy to see us smile back at him. It made me question how many grumpy people he’d run into this early in the A.M.
Sue, our server, was the sweetest woman ever. She stood and talked with us about anything and everything. Even questioning my partner as to why there wasn’t a ring on my finger by now (we’ve been together for 5 years). She made us feel like old friends that were catching up with one another.
This location will definitely be our go to IHOP from now on.

This location has the poorest and slowest service. My first time in San Francisco and our hotel was located next IHOP.
It was 10:45pm and waited to be seated. All the waitress saw our group and no one knowledge us
Finally, 10 min later, someone came over and seated us. It took another 10 min to order.
I kid you not, we waited for an hour and a half and no food. There were five other tables waited for their food as well.
The manager would not let us know why our food were delayed. Finally, all five other tables, including our table, stood up and left.
I wasn’t hungry anymore. As I walked out the door, I asked the manger, «why didn’t our food come out?» She didn’t want to talk to me.
That is my experienced. Does anyone else encounter the same issue?

I have just had the most amazing time at this place. I was treated like royalty and the whole staff was amazing and friendly. Especially Zach Brown: he is the man. Keep up the good work guys!
Also the pumpkin pancakes were a flavor explosion in my mouth and I actually felt as if I had gone to heaven and back, put more whipped cream on, died again, then kept eating.

As a frequent guest of the Four Points by Sheraton just down the road, I’ll make the short walk here in order to get a better selection of breakfast options than at the hotel. On this visit, it took a minute or two for someone to greet me and take me to my table. The place didn’t look too busy for a Monday with plenty of open tables. Service improved for the rest of my visit.
I ordered a breakfast special of two eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns for less than $ 10. My meal arrived fairly quickly after placing my order. The scrambled eggs sadly were burnt a bit on the bottom side and were disappointing. The two strips of bacon were fine as was the wheat toast. The portion of hash browns was generous and tasty though.
