I have so much to say about this amazing woman. She helped me back in 2005 with the selling of my home in Santa Clara, and now we just closed on my home in Hayward with a few days away from the close of the new home! From point A to point Z, she has been diligent every step of the way: very responsive, had my best interest at heart, best advice, very knowledgeable and the list goes on.
This was just a thought in my head just over a month ago, and Monica was able to pull through with a sell/​buy simultaneously. Timing couldn’t have been more perfect, and it’s because she made sure everything was in line.
She has truly been an integral part in achieving my dreams/​goals for my family.

This is a review on service as I was looking for a house for my parents. We had a great experience working with Monica and her team. I was looking at houses in walnut creek, and she was able to provide a list of houses within price range and size. In addition to providing me with hard facts, she also provided me with guidance on how we should be looking at the market. Overall a very helpful realtor and pleasure to work with!

Monica helped us in getting our first home in San Mateo. She is the best realtor in BAY AREA… Me and my wife has been in the market for 6 months with another realtor and haven’t had any luck at all. A friend of ours referred us to her. One of the things I like about her is her expertise and knowledge on the area. She explained the ins and out of buying a house. She is very reliable and always there to answer our question 24/​7, and even when she was on vacation she makes sure that she checks on us via email to make sure everything is doing fine. She made buying our first home as stress free as it could be. I definitely recommend her to anyone on the market of buying a home.

She is aggressive in all her deals and bar none the best in the industry! She knows the housing industry like the palm of her hand and I would use her services in a heartbeat.
In feb of this year I had to put my rental property up for sale because I wanted to buy a bigger home, however I was concerned whether I could sell fast enough at the price I needed it to sell at without having to cough up months & month of mortgage payment with no rental income because my tenant decided to move out sooner that I had anticipate to sell the home. She was quick to come in, get the property ready for open house and within a week I got offer at the exact price I was hoping for!
After the property was sold it was time to search for a new home for me. Which in the Bay area can be difficult given it was & still isnt a buyers market. She was especially valuable in shepherding me through the offer and negotiation process and did everything in her power to make the deal happen for me (which was challenging at times!). She knows the market so well — how the inventory changes throughout the year, how long properties typically sit, the pros and cons of the which area was best. and had great insights and advice that I would have never known without her. She understood my financial constraints as a single mother and never tried to move me out of our comfort zone from a budget perspective nor pushed back on any questions, proposals or counters I had for seller but did advise on potential risks /​benefits. I also appreciated how positive and confident she was throughout that I would find the home I was meant to be in even if it took a little while to find it.
Things I love about Monica:
–Very responsive and punctual — she always got back to me immediately by phone text or email, even when out of business hours or on the weekend, and was always on time, or more frequently, early to our meetings when looking out houses, etc.
–Good knack for the business — With each place I seriously considered, she accurately predicted what the place would go for which was a big help when considering what to offer. Especially in this market where everything is going for above asking, it became reassuring to be able to trust her instinct and avoid that icky «did I spend too much» feeling. Nope, no icky feelings.
–Proactive — The place I ultimately found Monica sent me the listing immediately after it came out & talked to the selling agent right away and made a good impression on him. AND MIND YOU This is with me scouring the internet on a daily basis — I had not yet seen this place listed. We went to visit the house as soon as she saw that it was up because she knew that this was my style area and price. and sure enough I loved it as soon as I walked in… So because she this listing just came up so quickly and she knew I loved it she called the realtor, sent in a offer which was not above the asking price (can you believe that in the bay area with good school district???) & within a hour MY offer got accepted before any other offers or potential buyer got to take a peek or stab at it.
–Not pushy — I found a place in our budget and never felt pressured to look for more expensive places even though Monica knew I was pre-​approved on my loan for more. I I did get outbid on a few places prior to finding my ultimate home (that I like better anyway… funny how things work out) and decided to let them go because it was more than I wanted to spend, and Monica never once pushed me to go above omy comfort level.
–Has connections — not just with other realtors (many of the other listing agents were people Monica had worked with before and was friendly with) but with contractors too. And they all like her.
I will Guarantee you, She is the BEST in the Business! She works extremely hard, to find the appropriate properties for her clients. She is a hard worker with tenacity, professionalism and sweetness all rolled up in one. I recommend Monica to all I know who are serious about buying a home in the ENTIRE BAY AREA! However I think I would use Monica if I was buying a house in Italy, She’s THAT GOOD!!!
PS I dont write that many LONG reviews, I write this one this long because I really felt that out of anyone I came across that has helped me be successful in my life was this woman. and I WANT people to know how much she has help me.

Monica facilitated the sale of two properties for me earlier this year. Both were complicated sales but she got good prices for me and closed quickly. She made a stressful situation a lot less worrying and did it with grace, hard work and a great attitude. She really igoes all out for her client. Monica posted our property for sale and got an offer within 24hrs. Given there was a slight hiccup with the close of escrow (due to the buyer’s side), Monica still managed to make a smooth transaction for us. As a matter of fact, not only did she help us sell our property, but also help the buyers get approved for their loan even though they already had their own realtor and loan agent! That to me, says a lot about a person who has the passion to make ends meet. Being so experienced with networking, she has a long list of resources to get you in the right direction. She’s really good at what she does. Thank you again, Monica for your excellent service!

Monica helped us sell our home in Union city before we purchase our next home with her. She helped us with the negotiating and assisted with making this sale as smooth as possible. Monica is an amazing Agent in all aspects. She has a wealth of knowledge and is an advocate for her clients because of her expertise in real estate. This is incredibly important when you need help to get the accepted offer when you’re buying. She knows her markets well, knows how to put in a strong offer even though we were not cash buyers. After just a couple of months, we were in! Not tome to mention, she also runs her own Broker Agency.
Oh, and after we bought our current home, she has a laundry list of wonderful contractors and contacts to help you set up your new home (ADT, plumber, electrician contractor etc). Definitely would recommend her to my friends and family.
