From getting a quote over the phone, walking in the next morning, moving in was all very smooth. Great experience overall. Cliff was there early Saturday morning and was very kind and informative. He showed me the unit and made sure I was happy with my storage. I didn’t have much time because I had to return my rental truck asap so I appreciated him working with me and making sure I wasn’t gonna be late. I highly recommend public storage. Thanks Cliff for all your help!!!

Cliff from this public storage is awesome! When I was moving out of this storage unit, he went out of his way to be helpful and make it as easy as possible. He even helped guide my moving company into the property which saved me hundreds of dollars as the moving company was starting to say they needed to shuttle my stuff out. Cliff went above and beyond to help me and I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility!

Applied online today, got an immediate call from Britney to set up an appointment and within an hour we moved in. prompt and efficient service!

I have had incredible service from beginning to end here. Easy access to units. The customer service girl at the counter was easy to deal with for my unit.

Awesome!!! Since day one, these guys have been great! Everyone we’ve encountered have been amazing. Great customer service, very helpful and always smiling. Cliff was the first person we met, and he is wonderful. Esau gave us a spare personal lock so we didn’t have to purchase a new one. Britney always has a smile and is very helpful. These three are AWESOME!!! By far the best Storage in the area!!!

Cliff was very helpful and provided great customer service. He is very knowledgeable about all the products and discounts that are offered and explained everything clearly. He not only helped me figure out the best size of storage unit to rent, but also how to get the best deal for the unit and to look online also. Although I wasn’t ready to rent today, I will definitely be back in the next week or so to finalize all the details. Thank you!

I was looking for a storage room and comparing them to most I decided to go with this place, Not so much the place itself but the Property Manager Brittany was what really sold it to me, she was very polite and honest and that was what I really like, being in a stressful situation is bad already but she really eased the situation.
As far as the place itself it has been given poor reviews and it does seem a little sketchy in itself but I have nothing to complain about the staff is very friendly and they do have officers that patrol the place after hours which makes me sleep better at night.
With what she is given Brittany is doing a great job if you are looking for great attitude and customer service with honest opinions come here, I mean come on give this lady a raise! She really sold it and this place was exactly what I payed for and I have nothing to complain about.

About a month ago I needed to rent a small storage for a good price. I already had a space rented over at Public Storage and so I went back and spoke to Cliff. Renting a space for storage could often times be a drag if the person helping is just going through the motions, but Cliff was very personable and easy to talk to and he made renting the space quick and painless. He was very helpful in showing us the exact spot and patiently waited as we examined and measured the space. He didn’t waste any of my time but still managed to do the best job possible of explaining the terms and conditions of the space and rented it to me for a reasonable price.
I would definitely keep renting here when I need to.

I just rented a space with Public Storage and the customer service so far has been wonderful. Buddy was warm and welcoming and he took the time to walk the site with me to look at the different options to store my furniture.
Then, they followed up on my appointment with a phone call, and then my contract was sign with Dino at the best possible rate of the month and I was given a decent space. I took a measure tape and it is a 10×10.
So far great customer service.
I do see the other comments and will be glad to report back as far as security is concerned and also about the state of my things while they are store at this location. So far experience has been great and I do give them a 5 star.

I have been using this storage facility for the past few months and have had nothing but a great experience. Some of the other reviews have stated that they have had horrible customer service and all that but I have been treated with respect and I always get updated with news from the staff here. While moving into the area, I had tons of stuff I needed a place for, so naturally I would find a place that is convenient. Public Storage in SSF made it easy for me to store my stuff and the $ 1 promotion didn’t hurt. Dino was very helpful and did a wonderful job assisting me. He was knowledgeable and provided a lot of information before and after I moved my stuff in. I would recommend this place for anyone.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and my unit was broken into twice. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PLACE. The ONLY thing they are good at is taking your money every month.

I would give this place a zero star if possible because my bigfoot camper was stolen while stored in this «secured» place. The clerk/​manager has the guts to call me for overdue payment after my camper was stolen because he didn’t know or doesn’t have on record that it’s been stolen. One of the most irresponsible company I have ever encounter. Sounds good, $ 1 promotion for a month. But if your property is not safe, it will cost you a lot more. Remember, this storage place is not liable for anything stolen like all other places. What’s is it that will stop an inside job??? Renter beware!!!

Cliff Dickinson did a great job checking us into our 10 ‘x 20′ unit. He was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Called us before we arrived to ensure he’d be ready and waiting. Swept out our unit for us but couldn’t get the light fixture working. We didn’t get a call back after leaving a message asking for one, though.

I called around& visited many storage facilities and finally decided on Public Storage for their competitive prices and secure & convenient locations. I got great service from Cliff. He’s friendly, thorough and helpful in a good old fashioned kinda way. He exemplifies great service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.

So far no online bill pay problems but they do Jack the price up by $ 10.00 every 6 months… there goes your one month free. Also, I only store my clothes, sort of my closet away from home. But my clothes now smell musty and moldy. It will cost me a small fortune to have them clean each time I grab something to wear. I would not recommend storing clothing even if protected in zipped canvas clothes racks. And yes for the price of the size it is not worth it.

Worst experience ever.
For starters my storage unit was located on the second floor in the corner with no light, not even in the hallway, and the only way to open my door was to hold the hallway door open, otherwise it would block my unit door shut. Not a huge deal as I wasn’t planning on coming here often.
However, we I did go back to take my bed out of storage I discovered that there was a leek in the ceiling allowing rain to come into my unit and black mold to grow all over my mattress! I took photos and went to the front office to let them know what happened Before even getting an «I’m so sorry,» I got, «well did you buy our insurance?» No, I didn’t because my home insurance also covers storage in units. As soon as I said no I was told it wasn’t their problem. I asked that she at least come look at the damage their lack of upkeep to the building caused my property. She went saw the mold, and said it was too bad but not their problem. I asked about getting the ceiling fixed, she said she’d have someone do a walk through at some point and to leave her the keys to my lock so they can get in. Are you kidding me??? NO WAY am I just handing over my keys to you. I asked to be called when they were going to come through so I could be there. To no surprise I never received a call and a walk through was never done.
I went back to cancel my unit and by chance the District Manager Yeppo Cheng was there, the man who never called me after I was told he would. I explained my experience to him and my frustration with my $ 700 mattress being ruined. His solution? How about a new unit with a slight discount in rate. No I already pay $ 100 a month for horrific service, why in the world would I stay. I said I’d like my rent refunded to me or my mattress replaced. I was told no chance as I didn’t buy their insurance. I explained that the insurance has nothing to do with this as it wasn’t a break in something along those lines, the damage was caused ONLY because they don’t maintain their facility. It is their fault my property was destroyed. This was on May 25, 2012. He said that he would discuss the issue with his boss and would get back to me no later than May 28, 2012. I asked if he was sure as it seemed strange he would call me on Memorial Day, he laughed and said he doesn’t take days off. Well apparently he does, because today is June 9, 2012 and of course I have never heard back from him.
If you care about your belongings and being treated with respect stay far away from this company.

We had a 5×10′ storage space here, and paid $ 93 a month to be robbed, possibly repeatedly, while we were overseas.
Yep, the crack security at this place is simply mind-​boggling. The staff acknowledged that a series of break-​ins had taken place here, yet nobody has bothered to, say, install security cameras, or maybe even put a solid plywood ceiling on the second-​floor units instead of stapled screen.
Screen. That’ll keep ‘em out. I should have looked up when I first saw this place — you could see the contents of anyone’s unit from the space between the roof and the top of the storage unit, and then gain access with relatively small amounts of effort and determination. Nobody could walk away with your couch this way, but apparently somebody had time to search through our stuff for things they could take.
Maybe it’s too much to expect that Public Storage would notify us once they saw the damage. I mean, who wants to make that phone call? «Hello, this is Public Storage calling to inform you that somehow your top-​quality wax paper ceiling has been torn open, in case you had anything important in there and need to file an insurance claim or police report.» But I did imagine that, at bare minimum, they would at least take a stab at doing the job they are paid to do — namely, keeping your stuff where you put it.
Public Storage’s overwhelming dedication to the security of its clients’ valued possessions cost us thousands of dollars. Having paid a hefty tuition for an education in storage facilities, I strongly encourage everyone to avoid storage spaces with ceilings made of screen, wax paper, or saran wrap, and definitely avoid this place altogether.
