I loved this doctor, and really miss her as I am no longer with Kaiser. I always felt like she listened to me and was proactive in helping me be my healthiest. I also liked the fact that she was willing to suggest alternative types of care and isn’t someone that just throws medicine at you to keep you quiet. I would go back to her in a heartbeat.

By the way, many months ago I sent a complaint letter to Kaiser’s main office & have yet to get a reply from them — other than an automatically generated letter stating that they would look into it & get back to me.
Overall, my experience with Kaiser had been awful & I am glad that I moved far away from Kaiser territory. The only correspondence I get from them is invoices for premiums for the insurance that I have canceled & would never reinstate.

I would just like to add that my husband and i pay appx. $ 6000 A year for health insurance at kaiser permanente medical center for health coverage. to be refused to be listened to when you need medical attention is an outrage. It is criminal actually. Do not go to dr. Poliskin, she is abusive at the least, and negligent. I am waiting for my b.s. apology form letter from kaiser to sweep her disturbing behavior under the carpet.
