U.S. Bank

The only branch where the PB’s are obviously doing nothing except watching the line get longer and longer… at all other branches, they’ve approached the line and offered their assistance with anyone making a deposit…
However, I’m giving them 3 Stars because once you make it to the counter, the clerks are Always very friendly and the building is nicely conditioned when it’s «San Francisco» Hot oitside

Super friendly staff. Could use a few more tellers imho but overall, they still get 5 Stars from me.

I came in to open an account today and everyone was so nice and they were very helpful. Eddy helped us open my account. He was very nice and very happy to help us. The manager Ryan and Assistant Manager Tiffany came to greet my mom and I which was so kind of them. They took time to greet us and chat a little. I love how the bankers and even managers communicate with you because they try to give you what you’re looking for. They are all about helping their customers. They’re the best. Thank you Eddy, Ryan, Tiffany, and Sophia.

The tellers are nice, but the bank manager is a douche who doesn’t own up to his words and mistake. First impression of this bank is that they, like most banks are only here to serve themselves.
Will seek a less sleepy bank.

I’m a WF customer, used my ATM card in this very USbank teller machine. I was with my 3yr old toddler. after I took my cash out and b 4 I can get my debit card back my toddler almost ran across the street. so of course I chased him down. When I went back to the machine my card was gone and I assumed I had already put it in my wallet. When I got back to my car and strapped him in I double checked 2 make sure my card was there and it was no were 2 b found. I didn’t want 2 b hassled w unstrapping him and getting the stroller out, etc. so I just called the branch 2 inquire if my card got swallowed. ‘lo and Behold it did and I was advised by a very aloof and rude person that their policy is to destroy cards that r not USbank cards that get swallowed in the machine. I asked to speak with a mgr, MARIA HENSELY. I plain and simply told her the policy was BS. After I caught myself that it was wrong 2 speak w her this way I apologized to her. Her response, «I don’t accept ur apology and u will def not get ur card back!» what??! Really! What kind of customer (even though I’m not) service is this? Whatever happened to being compassionate, considerate, where was the warm and fuzzy? This lady is a disgrace to her profession!

since 2009 i’ve gone in twice and haven’t ran into any problems the teller in fact was very nice and professional so i thought i’d update my rating because of that

I have a temporary handicap placard due to some knee surgery. I parked in the one handicap spot outside the main doors of the bank. I am walking with crutches, as anyone knows, really slow and inconvenient. I was starving, so I was going to pop in next door for a quick bite for lunch and then stop at the bank. The parking cop tells me I can’t do that. If I go anywhere else I have to move out of the parking spot. Really? So I press it, and go in to talk with the teller. Same response. They need the spot for other handicap people. They are basically telling me I can ONLY do banking using their handicap spot, which normally might be ok. But now I have to move, and probably park blocks away, and crutch back blocks, to do business at US Bank, and to provide business to their community neighbors. I would not have taken even the 30 minute limit they posted. How short sighted. My account is now closed with them based on a ridiculously short sighted and narrow minded policy.

sadly, I have to bank here until my store can successfully change over to wellsfargo around the corner.
i’ve had bad experiences everytime I go in…
my first visit to this branch, there was noone in line (yay me), nor was there anyone with any of the 3 tellers I see (another yay)…one of the tellers makes eye contact with me (and yet another yay)…BUT…that was where my excitement and yays ended.
despite being the only customer in the building and despite having one of the tellers already confirm my presence… i still had to wait for the tellers to finish a personal (yet quite loud) conversation. so after 3 mins or so, I’m already slightly pissed…3 fucking minutes is a long time to be standing in line BY MY FUCKING SELF having to hear two tellers go on about some funny incident that happened… har har har har.
Okay so I am finally able to complete my transactions with the teller, and she’s super sweet dont get me wrong… but honestly…3 fucking minutes im still a little irritated. We wrap up in a decent time and figure maybe I’m just being a bitch.
Ahhh but noooooo… i visit again a few days later… this time there are 3or 4 people in front of me and i’m thinking whooppeee i’ll be outta here in a quickness but that was a just a dream… i actually spend a little more than 30 mins in line i find myself pissed off again… i finally make it to one of the open tellers and guess what!!! he cant help me… nope he cant coz he’s out of fucking money… wtf! what kind of bank runs out of money!!! he tries to get some from the teller next to him but she doesnt have enough money either… and they cant get any more for x reason. they tell me to come back in a couple hours… really? (i take a look over my shoulder and at this point the line is to the door… really they should have a water boy running around to keep custos from dehydrating. ha) yeah right imma come back… not today fucker! In a huff, I take a walk to wellsfargo and guess what mohter fuckers! I got in line after 2 people and was talking to a teller in less than 1min and completed a transaction in less than 3mins. Anyways time wasted coz of us bank’s suckyness = 40 mins (shit!)
And then today! I time it exactly because of my previous visits… boom in line at 1:28pm… only 2 people ahead of me (1 in line and the other already w/​a teller), 20 mins later i finally make it to a teller, he aplogizes for the wait (gimme a break, I have to wait every fucking time i come here!)…and ta daaa guess what… he’s hasnt got enough money again and has to get some from the teller next to him. luckily she’s got enough and i’m able to be outta there at 1:58 (really exactly, half an hour)
i hate this particular bank… maybe other us banks are good, but DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION… IT SUCKS ASS! unless you just need to use their atm, but i cant coz i have to do business transactions here… thank goodness we’re moving to another bank soon…
