Thank You so very very much Matt at Quality care auto, and Stryker auto. Without Stryker’s recommendation I would never have found you. The flex pipe you put on my car! «O» my god! after I started my car, I was not sure it was running it is so quiet :) I was not expecting it to be finished in an hour, and could not be happier with the cost. finding 2 mechanics you can trust! makes me a happy man. You can be sure I will be a loyal customer, and don’t be surprised if some one says Larry sent me :) Thank You again

If you want an honest shop that will fix it right the first time, this is the place. They want you to be a customer for life. Bruce (owner) has earned my business and will earn yours too.

I just picked up my vehicle from «Quality» and I must say that I am very disappointed.
Over a week ago I contacted «Quality» about bringing my vehicle in for some work. Bruce, the owner, told me that the earliest they could schedule work on my vehicle was Wednesday but if I had it towed in on Monday it was very possible that they could get it into the shop before then.
I called and spoke with Bruce on Wednesday just before closing and he told me that they had not gotten in into the shop yet.
I talked with Bruce again on Friday and was told that it had yet to be looked at by a mechanic.
I called on Monday afternoon and was told that they had yet to look at the vehicle. When I tried to talk to Bruce I was told he was on another line and that I would have to hold. I help on the line and was told that the vehicle was being looked at just then. (I assume that my call prompted the staff to finally give my vehicle a look.)
On Tuesday morning I was finally called with a diagnosis.
I find it highly unlikely that if he had time for an appointment last Wednesday that it should take a week and a day to finally get to my vehicle.
When called to retrieve my vehicle I had to put the finishing touches on the repair job myself. A bolt here a wire there. That sort of thing. Then the check engine light went off.
Talk about a let down.
Did I mention that I had to pay to rent a vehicle to take the place of the vehicle that just sat in their lot for a week.
If there were laws about truth in business naming, these guys would need to change their name.

I have a Saab and have had some difficulty finding a reliable and honest mechanic, so I’ve been looking for a high integrity, dependable and no BS shop to help get my Saab in tip-​top shape and I have finally found the place — Quality Auto Care Center, professional, courteous and HONEST people who know how to fix a car! Thank you Bruce (owner) and Matt (manager)!
