The Bluestone Brewing Company is a new venue so it is clean and sparingly but nicely decorated. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate especially when you get about 10 trucks in the parking lot. The owners and the staff were all very nice but the prices seemed a bit pricey for the area and for the amount of food. Burgers and paninis served with chips (not fries). The beers were okay. Blueberry ale was the best but a bit flat. There was an outdoor crowd the evening I went as it was the first night of a cornhole league. Wait time for the food was a bit long considering the crowd but not to the point of discontent.

The Bluestone is a wonderful addition to The Valley restaurant and music scene. The music is great, the beers distinctive and unique, the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, the owners are family and each cares a great deal about the customers. They have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome every visit. Prices are competitive and fair for the quality of the food and drinks. There are non-​alcoholic drinks readily available and this is definitely not a typical late night «bar» environment, it is very family orientated. Do not miss trying a pint here if you are nearby.

Just flew in from Denver and this was our first stop. The guys here have created an awesome atmosphere with some great beers. Everything on tap was great. Try the 1537. Has a great flavor to go with the pulled pork; which was fantastic. Thanks guys for showing us around. This is a great brewery.

Love the atmosphere here. The food is terrific and the service is great. The beer selection and quality is good and coming along as expected in any new brewery. Owners are very friendly and welcome and listen to suggestions. Overall, a great spot!

Food is excellent! The part that drove me nuts is that a group of 4, who obviously knew the people that work here, came in after us and got served immediately. Our stuff came out a long time after. My only other issue was that none of the sodas they advertised on the on-​table menus were available. I would likely come here again, just based on the quality of the food alone, but am not sure I will.

Great hidden spot. Love all the wood in the decore. Great to be able to see the brew tanks. The owners are friendly and eager to talk about the different brew selections, which are each amazing! Tried a flight. The menu is also stellar. Specials that change every day. Awesome place. Nothing like it in the area!

Best burger in town… I ordered Bluestone Burger med​-rare​.my meal was perfect; every bite melted in my mouth. I am not one to give compliments but this burger definitely deserves it. Hats off to the chef, the service was good, the room crowded as one of our local bands played last night. «Five Man Trio»

Hidden gem of a stop. Four of us stopped here for a quick beer. We were greeted by very friendly staff… Our sever Dave was very attentive. We both did a beer flight so that we could sample 5 of their selections. The server was very informative. We decided to stay and have a few appetizers — the pretzels and cheese were a home run. We loved it so much that we are back now for dinner. Hope you stop in or a beer flight. I heard the burgers were amazing !

My husband and I are from NC visiting his family and wanted to try out this brewery. Their pulled pork nachos are officially my favorite nachos of all time! Great atmosphere and great food. My husband loved the beer so much, he got a growler! We plan on coming back to visit whenever we’re in town again.

Great lineup of beers, sodas and cider that pair well with an amazing menu of food. The owners and staff are personable and down to earth. The staff is very knowledgeable about the beers and what goes well with the food served. If you are looking for a place to relax and grab a pint with friends and some delicious food, look no further than Bluestone, right behind the Hampton Inn!

An awesome location to visit in the valley! Amazing food and beer! They have the BEST steak salad I’ve ever had, and it pairs perfectly with the beer (my favorite – the adventure series!) highly recommend! They also have great soups, different every week and a variety of appetizers. If you’re not a beer drinker, they also offer local wines and they make their own hard cider as well as non-​alcoholic craft sodas, such as Orange Cream Soda, Root Beer, and Winter Ginger!
