I’m a dedicated customer for a reason. Great People that provide outstanding food and service. An absolute must stop when in Wellfleet!

Love this place! We go all the time when we are on the cape and it is totally worth the money. The baked oysters are phenomenal and I always look forward to the curry clams or the tuna. High suggest for a fancy night out or a birthday dinner.

Bought a loaf of the chocolate bread. We heated it up and served it for breakfast today. OMGOSH…I devoured most of the loaf. Gluten and chocolate heaven!

Terrific menu, wine list and a few interesting beers. These guys do it right. Open kitchen. Many like to eat at the bar so they can watch food prep, I like a table. The clientele are happy and friendly, we always seem to strike up a conversation with a neighbor. My last meal was a steak, perfectly cooked to order. The wine list has something for everyone, from modestly priced to expensive. I’ll be back over and over again.

We come to PB’s for dinner for all birthdays and anniversaries. The food is beyond outstanding, and Chef Phillippe is the perfect host to everyone who comes. William is very charming as well. The atmosphere is always festive and warm. We would not visit the Cape without coming here. Beyond the outstanding dinners that we have had here, whenever on the Cape, my husband and I also stop by every morning for coffee, quiche, and sweets. We love to sit in the warmth of the dining room with our books, the best cappuccino around(perfectly made!) and begin a perfect day at this ideal boulangerie. We are delighted that PBs will be open year round, and we are planning a winter respite!

Though quiet here today in the off season, we had a lovely visit this morning for pastries and fresh bread as we picked up the morning paper. It’s really wonderful to find such perfect croissants here out in the woods. Their croissants and the morning coffee on the porch make for the perfect wintry morning, for those who come out to the cape in the off season. We love the cranberry loaf and the plain croissants! The line can be very long in the summer but it’s still worth the visit. It’s nice to see families wake up early in the morning and gather for their pastries.

A true class act. This establishment stands out from the rest. I have bought bread for years and today was my first time sitting down for brunch and everything from the food to the service were exceptional. I highly recommend.

We decided to stop here because of all the positive reviews and we happened to stay at a BnB place down the road by the beach, which seemed like a convenient place to grab breakfast. Soooo this place was fairly busy with a line out the door. It took about 15 mins to order after the long wait. The décor was cool and unique. The food… the salmon sandwich I got was premade and already pre-packaged. They told us it was made that morning but it tasted like it was overnight. I did like the chocolate croissant. It was fluffy! There were tons of seating! The backdoor patio was pretty neat, it was like a lounge type with bar tables or booth seats. The parking is a bit small imo, it would fit about 15 cars. Overall it was ok, but not impressed. I would stop by again and try their dinner menu.

My weakness is pastries and this is the place ! There is a line but worth the wait. Incredible choices — fresh, fresh, fresh.

I have been pleased by this restaurant on several occasions already. I have visited for a few years and I’m pleased to say the the quality is consistent and the atmosphere takes you away to a Parisian bistro. The breakfast items are as delectable as the dinner plates. I appreciate that the owners stick to authentic French recipes and serve mostly that. The servers, William is remembered, are very helpful and always go above and beyond to answer questions and make sure you’re taken care of. This place is always crowded so I was really impressed that they did that. All I can say is that every season visiting the Cape will have my presence at this place. It’s a favorite!

Absolutely great bread. We have Le Parisien sandwich, chocolate croissant, olive baguette and regular baguettes. The sandwich was very simple and really good. The chocolate croissant was just okay since I have had better croissants in Montréal. I was it really impressed with the chic Croissant. The baguettes and the olive bread were fantastic! I need to come to dinner here even if the menu is very limited. It looks like they may do a great job at night.

Wow. just wow. I’m so glad I had the chance of stopping by here. My girlfriend and I came here because we heard all of Cape Cod jump up and down about how amazing the food, dessert, and coffee was. I’m sorry but I am extremely disappointed. I got a Latte which tasted bitterly odd. My gf didn’t enjoy her cappuccino which tasted like horseradish was added to it. No pun intended. For dessert we got a fruit tart and my gf got a strawberry cheesecake. The fruit tart tasted like a shortbread cookie from Shaws and there was a lack of cream under my fruit. Hey, at least the fruit on top tasted alright for my $ 5 shortbread fruit tart. But, couldn’t they give me normal silver-wear for my $ 19 coffee w/dessert for 2? The strawberry cheesecake tasted like a key lime pie for some reason. I forgot to say that it was in a plastic cup which broke while I was digging in my $ 5 dessert. Long story short. come on over once. taste yourself you getting ripped off on the Cape with«fancy» French cuisine. and then buy yourself a ticket to France and try some real French dessert and coffee

This is only for the bakery. From what I hear, the line is always out the door. Although it moves fairly quickly, you end up feeling like sheep being herded. Everything is made in house, including jams, ice cream, frozen yogurt, baked goods, and juices. I had the watermelon, lemon, ginger, which tastes only of watermelon. The coffee is strong. I ordered a Madeline– light, fluffy, and buttery with visible specks of vanilla bean and a faint lemony flavor. I would definitely have it again. There were good looking cookies and croissants that resembled works of art. The bathroom is clean and had a wonderfully aromatic candle. Not sure if the hype is worth a second visit.

A wonderful little restaurant with fantastic bread and sandwiches. I strongly recommend the croque monsieur sandwich and the blue cheese bread. Sit outside to enjoy the breeze and summer day while munching. Be prepared for modestly long lines around lunch time!

You always know it’s a good sign when there’s a line out the door. Not that the service is bad but it’s a place people flock to because it’s good. The line moved quickly and they had some delicious bread and jam samples to keep us interested while we waited. The lunch menu is small but done right. The options are slightly over priced for what you get but the other options make you soon forget. The bread selection is unreal. Something that you would find in a large city. Not to mention the pastry selection as well. Both are phenomenal and I could indulge more a hundred times over. The whole French theme really sinks in if you sit and eat there. French radio was playing the whole time. Talk about taking it to France! Great place to grab a bread or pastry for later. Next time I’ll skip the lunch option and try for the dinner menu.

AMAZING!!! Classic French bakery with a few options for lunch/dinners as well. Likely, there will be a line. It is well worth the wait! There are a variety of imported French jams, honeys, etc to peruse while you wait. Order a few pastries and a loaf of bread and bring it to your vacation home — everyone will thank you! Any of the pastries will be delicious. My favorites are the Olive Loaf, cheese Danish, and chocolate croissant. The salmon sandwich(smoked salmon, cream cheese and scallions) was the best sandwich of my life!

This little bistro came highly recommended by a local so we stopped in for drinks and appetizers. The bakery was closing in 30 minutes and the pastries were being sold BOGO. So I picked up Peanut Butter Cookies for later(which were still very good the next day). We were seated quickly and our waitress, Selina, told us the specials & we ordered the escargots, baked oysters & Shishito peppers and wine. Our food was excellent and the ambiance just perfect when they played La Vie En Rose on their Limonaire Fournier. After ordering coffee, Selina brought us a complimentary dessert sampler to enjoy. We had a wonderful evening at PB Boulangerie & Bistro that we returned again the next day for pastries after leaving P-Town. We highly recommend that you stop in if you’re out this way.

Pastries here are so pretty and delicious… great spot for picking up breakfast treats. I don’t usually like chocolate much, but their chocolate and custard pastry was perfectly baked and not overly sweet. My blueberry and custard pastry was packed with fresh berries, but the pastry shell too crispy for my liking. I love how light the custard is. The olive bread is good, with finely minced black olives incorporated well into the dough. The macaroons were a disappointment, much too large and heavy and the bottoms overcooked. I drove past here numerous times during the holiday season and surprised how full their parking lot always seems to be. I hear from locals that the line here can be quite long and slow, so be prepared for a wait. Will be back to try the macarons!

Very decent pastries and bread for this area. Lines out the door. Too many folks gawking that it slows the traffic in the door. Tried an and croissant and fruit tart. Both were decent. Rec for a break from the usual cape shacks.
