Great customer service. I go in there for a small item and they take very good care of you and a very helpful. Friendly cheerful service. you don’t get that at the big box stores.

Sure I have that «big box store equals cheaper prices» mentality but the more I shop at Park Ave Ace I’m changing the mind. The staff is unreal, so helpful, so easy going and they know exactly where the product is. Plus anything that looks slightly heavy or bulky is loaded in my car for me! I’ve even called ahead to make sure they have something, and often times they are waiting at the counter for me when I walk in. As far as the convenience store side of the house, that’s great… who doesn’t love one stop shopping. But truly, it’s the staff that makes the store. Keep up the good work Park Ave Ace. See you soon!

A hardware store that also sells alcohol?! YES!
This place has quickly become my run to place in Weymouth for all of our «first time, new home owner» issues. The staff is helpful and knowledgable, which is awesome considering the majority seems to be local high school kids. Park Ace has all your needs that the big box hardware stores have too, along with there great staff.

I would like to echo Jim O’s review. Great selection, and friendly helpful staff. This is my first stop for all of my Hardware needs.

Park Ave Market is a convenience /​package store and hardware store in one. Other than getting the occasional water or Gatorade with my hardware items we don’t have that much experience with the convenience store part of the business.
This Ace hardware store is great. Skip the big box stores if you need some specific screws or other hardware. I’ve wandered Lowes or Home Depot for 20 minutes without any kind of assistance offered and often found that they just don’t have the same selection as Park Ave. I have finally been able to correct myself and make Park Ave Hardware my first (and most times only) stop.
The people at any hardware store are the difference. Knowledgable and Friendly are the two words to describe the staff here. I also often call ahead to see if they have what I’m looking for. The team there is very responsive and you aren’t transfered to someone else or put on hold for a long time while they check on things.
