Actually just went to return something so I don’t have much to go off of because I forced myself not to look at the racks to avoid buying anything. However, I had no problem returning an online purchase and the employees were very courteous and friendly. Looking forward to going back and actually making a purchase.

LOFT is my favorite store by far. Aesthetically pleasing. Kind staff. Amazing deals. Their clothing is perfect for my body type. I love almost every single thing that I put on. It’s just a matter of choosing what I will wear the most.
Today was an especially good day! Their original basic t-​shirt price is $ 16.50 and I got mine for $ 7.50 each, among other great deal! Excellent quality, fit, and comfort. Just excellent. I can’t recommend this store enough!

This is my favorite LOFT store in Connecticut. The staff are usually friendly, although they do talk to each other a lot.
I’m super impressed by how organized the store was as compared to other LOFT stores. They organized the store by regular size, petite and sale. It’s ascetically pleasing to the eye.
Parking is a bit hard to find.

I love this store. It is so well organized, and the employees are always willing to help me pick out entire outfits. They always are friendly and sociable, and willing to go out of their way to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Love this place!!!
