Jon [massage therapist] was incredible. Really great energy, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and did a thorough deep tissue massage! Was sociable, engaging, and empathetic! We connected on wimhof and jujitsu and rock climbing! Always made sure I was okay! Allowed me to take my time, and noticed pinpoint tension in the body, and knew when i was holding on! Five stars! Will definitely be coming back monthly for his healing hands! thank you kindly! And thank you for the cucumber water

I’m super impressed with this place for many reasons. As soon as I walked in I felt valued. I was welcomed, offered cucumber water, and a front desk associate named Elizabeth came and sat down with me to tell me what to expect(it was my first facial). I didn’t wait long at all to be greeted early by my esthetician, Moriah. She was so friendly and again took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. She addressed my current personal skincare routine and explained in detail why certain steps may not be the best option for my skin and said she would recommend alternatives. During the facial she explained EVERYTHING she was doing and why, she asked me how things felt to make sure I was comfortable, the experience was fabulous. I absolutely signed up for a membership after that and can’t wait for my next facial, I wholly believe in self care but I’m also a bargain hunter, this place meets all my needs! A week later my skin looks awesome, and yesterday I received a handwritten card in the mail from Elizabeth thanking me for my commitment to the spa and saying that they look forward to seeing me on a regular basis. THAT is how a chain spa makes you feel like it’s anything but a chain, excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you need self care, relaxation, and a bargain.

Don’t join their membership. I called to cancel after a week of signing up because it’s not something I want to have and was told it was all canceled by one of their employees. I wasn’t charged two months in a row and then woke up to find that I was charged $ 120 by them. I changed my credit card number and somehow they got my new card info without me giving it to them. Now they refuse to refund me. And tells me I’m more than happy to come in to get my two massages. Yea right. The massages were great. But not something I’m interested in getting every month. So be careful when signing up for their membership, like all other memberships they have all types of hidden things in their contract. You can only cancel after a year’s worth of payments, within three days of signing the contract, if you move 25 miles away from any of their locations in the us, or with a doctor’s note. So be careful people.

The facial I got was horrible. The girl told me she just graduated school. I told the staff afterward and they still charged me but said I could come back and get a facial from a more experienced esthetician at the intro rate. I will never go back to a Massage Envy. If the dont hire anybody with experience it just shows you they just want your money. Go to a professional spa and get a facial you cant compare.

It was great! Went here as a wedding de-stresser the week of the wedding. Got an hour long massage… Also got a facial. Wanted to relax and this was the right place. From the second we walked in the people at the front desk asked us to sit… Followed by asking us if we wanted cucumber infused water. We filled out some paperwork and the girl made it very clear we are not to get up to give her the paper work SHE would come back to us to get it. My fiancé was whisked into one room and I another. I started my massage with Barb and my fiancé started her facial with moriah. My massage was good. But honestly not the best I’ve had. The room was clean and soft music was played from an overhead speaker. After 50 minutes I was told the massage was over and that moriah would be in shortly for my facial. She came in within 2 minutes and began assessing my skin needs and matching me with a facial. This was great as I have never had a facial before and had no idea what I wanted. I knew I wanted to have a clean looking face but didn’t want to break out as the wedding is 3 days away. Moriah fit me with a facial and started the steam machine. The facial was great! Overall both my fiancé and I left relaxed and the service even from the moment you walk in is great!

I was recommended to this place by a friend of mine and I must say I was slightly skeptical when I heard about a «chain» massage place — that quickly changed after my experience here. I booked an hour long massage, and a facial at their introductory prices. The massage was very relaxing and soothing and the Anti — Aging facial was very refreshing. Everyone at the establishment is very polite and professional, and explain the procedures and benefits of what you are getting. After the massage and facial, they told me about their«wellness plan» which is a monthly fee of $ 59.99 that allows you to get one massage/month at any of their locations; you can upgrade this to a facial for only $ 10 more. I felt that this pricing was very reasonable considering the cost of other day spas charging $ 129+ for the same services. Overall it was a great experience, and I definitely will be back!

I’ve been here a lot now so I feel comfortable leaving a review. Massage is a very personal luxury. I was rather skeptical when my husband suggested I should get a regular massage as after 3 pregnancies my body is left with pain. My first few experiences here were less than desirable. Certainly takes time to find the right fit the right massage therapist who will fit your needs, has a good ability to listen to what your needs are, problem areas, using the right amount of pressure and generally makes you feel comfortable and is professional. I found Alfonso to be great. He is very knowledgeable and is able to deliver a wide variety of massages. Experience and technique is so important weather you like a deep tissue massage or a relaxing«I can totally take a cat nap» bliss massage. On the Spa. The entrance to the spa is spacious and will put you in Zen as soon as you enter. The employees will greet you immidiately and offer you water once checked in. You will notice a wide variety of Murad skincare products on the back wall as they now offer facials here. Haven’t tried the facial but will update this review once I do. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet just as you expect. There is a comfortable waiting area to relax and unwind. The restrooms are clean and offer mouthwash. Parking is limited as this spa is located in a plaza packed with small stores, sometimes you have to keep driving around to find a spot depending on the time of the day you come. My only wish is that they could be located in a larger space like at evergreen with ample parking. Overall I highly recommend this location you won’t be dissapointed.

Had a good experience until I cancelled my membership for financial reasons. They refused to honor my unused massages. I made 12 payments for 12 sessions and only received 9. I was told it was in my contract and that it was my fault for not reading it more carefully. Maybe they’re right about that but I just want to be treated fairly regardless of the fine print. I paid for 12, I should have received 12.simple. What difference does it make if I use them this month, next month, or 6 months from now? They were paid for! I wouldn’t recommend any business that tries to get over on their customers. Btw, whenever someone responds«that’s just our policy» it means they don’t need to explain why you’re being treated unfairly.
