I sold 2 concert tickets for a show that I was unable to attend through Ticket Network(Ticket Liquidator) and was very happy with the overall experience. Ticket Network was very easy to deal with. I advertised my tickets for a reasonable price and had them sold by the next day. I found that Sean in sales support(who answered my emails usually by the next day due to the time difference) was very helpful when the payment for the tickets(PayPal transaction) had not taken place due to an issue on my end. The funds were deposited and I was paid in full with no surprises. I would recommend using this service to sell tickets and I would do so again.

Worst company ever. Absolutely ZEROCUSTOMERSERVICE. I purchased tickets for September 2016(6 months from now), need to resell them and nobody from ticket network will respond to my email inquiry or phone calls. Reporting them to BBB. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

DONOTPURCHASETICKETSFROMTHISSITE!!! I purchased 12 tickets to a football game, when I received the tickets, not one of them were the tickets that I purchased. The website says that there is a «125% Guarantee that you will get the tickets that you paid for» THISIS A LIE!!! They will not refund your tickets, and all that they did to me was give me the run-around, and then offer 10% off your next purchase. I WILLNEVERPURCHASETICKETSFROMTHISSITEAGAIN! The vendors on this site are very shady and they basically gave me the bait and switch, and then refer to legal policies as to why I got screwed and there was nothing I could do about it. I repeat again, DONOTPURCHASETICKETSFROMTHISSITE. Also, the customer service representative that I spoke to was named Sean M. He was very rude and unhelpful, and told me that I the vendors he had spoken to told me that they contacted be to tell me that they were sending different tickets, and this is why he would not compensate me at all for the BREACHOFCONTRACT. This was a lie, the vendors never contacted me to tell me, nor did I ever agree to accept tickets that I did not purchase. Ticked network told me there is nothing they can do, but to call the third party vendor of the tickets directly, so I did, and they refuse to refund any of the cost of the tickets.

My husband went online to purchase tickets for tonight’s(3⁄22) Alvin Ailey performance. We were redirected(high jacked) to Ticket Galaxy and charged $ 247.20 for two $ 59 seats. My husband called them this morning to find out why we were charged so much. We rec’d the tickets last evening & noticed the discrepancy. They told him that he was redirected to a third party vendor because of our ‘last minute’ purchase of tickets for tonight’s performance. What?! When did a week out become ‘last minute’? So, that’s $ 118 for tickets, $ 114 last minute’/third party fee and $ 15 FedEx shipping. REALLY?! The email receipt indicates the face value of the tickets is $ 86. They then list a $ 15 shipping fee, a misc. expense of $ 60, but further down the charge is $ 60.20 and is called a service fee. The tickets themselves show a face value of $ 59. I called Ticket Galaxy back this afternoon & spoke to a CSA and got nowhere. The story she told did not match what my husband was told this morning(We were redirected to their site because of late purchase). She sarcastically told me that she’d be happy to allow me to keep talking but their policies stand. I then asked for a supervisor. A person named Felix came on & smugly told me there is nothing I could do about it. He also said that what they do to people is perfectly legal. I then asked if I could speak to his supervisor or site manager. He said I could not and that there was no manager senior to him. I asked if he owned the company and he began yelling over me as I asked several times for contact information. He just continued to yell until I said that I was ending the call. The tickets we rec’d don’t even have my husband’s name(Theodore Stribling) on them. They have the name Michael Cervizzi and we have no idea who that is. We received E-tickets via FedEx and were charged $ 15 for that convenience. NOTE: Ticket Galaxy is another name hey use.
