Pine Knot Motel

I was looking for an affordable place to stay during my visit to Cape Cod. My daughter who lives on the Cape found this little gem for me. The rooms look like little cottages on the outside and something out of the 1950’s on the inside with knotty pine walls, tiled bathroom, and floral bedspread. The bed was comfortable and as I was staying alone, felt very comfortable there. The grounds are gorgeous and the room was very clean. This is a basic place to stay, no breakfast included, but that was okay. There was a mini-​fridge but no microwave, clock, or phone. However, there was Wi-​Fi which worked fine. So, for a clean, basic place to stay, this is great. There is a pool, but I arrived after pool season, so it was not open. Deborah is always out working hard to keep the place beautiful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the Pine Knot. There are also restaurants and activities nearby.

Very comfortable motel at a reasonable price at a convenient location. We enjoyed sitting in the garden outside and relaxing. Bathroom showers are much better than a typical motel and there was no shortage of hot water. There was no shampoo and hair dryer in the room. The TV in the room are old, tube style. We were not able to hook up our laptop.

Place clean and well maintained. Deb the owner is very accommodating and brought us everything we asked for: hair dryer, extra blankets, extra towels, cups, etc. she is very nice. Gardens are really nice. It’s a motel at a very reasonable price so as long as you don’t expect the Hilton/​Hyatt/​etc. it’s great. Price is extremely reasonable.
