The unit was clean and the staff was friendly when you could find them. The rental fees increased every year and trying to get the termination form faxed or sent to you by email was almost impossible. Leaving messages for the local office or corporate, never get returned. I would suggest only using them if you are local and can drive to the facility to discuss your issues in person. Would not suggest them for long term

I stored my belongings at the Lock Up Storage in S. Yarmouth for a couple of months. I found the staff to be friendly and the site to be very clean and well kept. I would use this storage place again.

The Lock Up Self Storage in S. Yarmouth was THE best! I looked at a few storage locations in the area, and chose The Lock Up. The entire facility is clean, maintained, and safe. What I thought would be a year of storing my things ended up being a few years, but it was an easy decision because of the service here. I would recommend the Lock Up to anyone. And the staff is fantastic, great customer service! I will miss Annette, she’s the best!
