I went to AKF for the first time yesterday and am delighted with the results. As a summer resident I have been looking for someone locally for many years. Leah listened to me when I explained to her what I want and within 40 minutes or so had exactly what I had asked for.
The proof, of course, is when one does one’s own hair the next day. It always looks fabulous when the hairdresser is done, doesn’t it? This morning when I washed my hair it took me a total of 3 – 5 minutes and when I was done it looked every bit as well as when I left the salon yesterday.
Thank you, Leah, and thank you to the woman I stopped on the street in Sag Harbor to ask who does her hair.

This salon is top notch. Friendly front desk and very talented hair stylists. I was a walk in and they fit me in for a consultation and appointment that day. They offered me a cup of coffee and a cookie (nice touch!) I will be back soon! Ask for Leah!

This is the best spot in the Southampton area by far. Very talented owner (Rose) — is great for extensions and color. She has turned me into a blonde several times and really has an eye for hair. Love this place. (I travel from NYC several times a year just to see her.)

I love this place! Very talented and super friendly staff. Very professional and everyone there seemed to really know their craft. I’ve gotten my hair done here 3 times already and I am always more then pleased. Twice for a haircut and once for extensions. I really love the way they did my extensions. I’ve had extensions before and by far this salon is the best! They paid close attention to placement and detail and even fused two slightly different colors together which gave it a very natural look. Amazing talent! Highly recommended!
