I ordered a CARAMEL BONBONS 16 PIECE GIFT BOX from their web store. Because the chocolate ball are very organized and each chocolate’s covered by paper. The chocolate I received is totally different than the picture. they are different style, loose in the box. nothing wrapped the chocolate. I called them. They are apologized, but there is nothing wrong. They told me the chocolate is same taste same product. They guaranty I will like it. They said they don’t have the product same as the picture before I ordered, but as of today, the picture still over there. At the end, he told me if you don’t like it, you can send it back for refund. I made an order because the name, the organized chocolate ball in a nice box and trust. Now, I only feel Hampton Chocolate Factory is King because they always right to a customer.
