Massage Envy Spa – Southampton

I had Anita as a masseuse and got a hour long Swedish massage, and It was AMAZING. This was my first experience at Massage Envy and I will definitely be coming back. She did a fantastic job and I feel like a brand new person.

Best place to get a massage that I have gone. Great friendly staff that goes out of their way to ease my pain.

Massage here were mediocre. It wasn’t bad but I don’t feel any better after i left. The lack of pressure and intensity during the massage upset me quite a bit especially considering how much we pay for this. The spa tries to be a high end spa but it really lack the personnel and expertise to be a high end.

Had a facial at massagenvy for the first time today. Overall the experience was good. My esthetician was courteous enough. Typically when I get a massage or facial I don’t converse much and I try to really relax and focus on myself for an hour. Unfortunately it seemed like that was a challenge. I walked in and was greeted and asked to fill out paperwork. Meanwhile, I was subjected to listening to the three girls manning the desk gossip and giggle. Not really a set-​up for a relaxing facial. Next I was taken to a separate waiting area and reviewed my paperwork very briefly (it seemed like an attempt to be a high end spa when I don’t think it was at all necessary) and then the esthetician arrived and took me back into the front waiting room before going to the room where I’d get my facial. Not exactly a smooth transition.
In the room she reviewed my skin type and essentially told me which facial she recommended while starting it. It was less of a conversation and more of a assertion of her thoughts. This wasn’t a big deal for me I let it go and settled down to enjoy the facial. The esthetician was very technical and talked me through each step. Although, she seemed a little less at ease after I stopped responding (like I said I don’t really like conversing while having facials) it went well. The facial overall was decent and enjoyable. The room was very clean and professional.
After the facial I went back to the front room and listened to the sales pitch that typically follows facials. Once I decline the array of products I was offered a membership. At massage envy a membership implies that you must receive a massage once a month otherwise all services cost double after the first try.
If there was anything I could change from my visit it would be the front desk recipient and the endless sales pitches.

Great place! My husband and I love our massages and have become pretty picky. Massage Envy in general seemed to be the best deal so we tried out a few locations. Initially signing up in Jenkintown, we have tried also tried Warrington and Southhampton. The Southhampton location is by far our favorite location. Not only is the front staff kind and helfpul, the masseuses (Grace, Jos and Craig) are professional and great. The location has plenty of parking and the inside is always clean. The tables are always made, changed and smell clean. Each person I’ve had listens to what I want and does a great job assessing if the pressure is acceptable. Great place and highly recommended.

I started going to Massage Envy in December 2013 after another place closed up and ME honored my group on. This place is beautiful. Spotless. The staff — front desk to masseuse to beauty/​facial experts — are exemplary. I took out a year’s membership and had second thoughts (for a few days) back in December. But I am so glad I did this. Not just because it makes me feel good, but massage and facial treatments are beneficial. ME on 2^nd Street Pike is convenient (and I can even run errands before my appointments since there are so many popular businesses close by).

Loved, loved, loved it! My spa experience was fantastic. The spa was super clean and the staff was so friendly! I had an amazing facial (vitamin C) and bought some products to take home. I felt so comfortable and I can’t wait to rebook.
