Absolutely obnoxious, loud, bad food, the worst of the Hamptons. I had VIP table and know Chef Nobu so my group was getting the royal treatment. It didn’t matter. It’s a pop up restaurant and staff stinks. The food was barely edible. I’d avoid it at all cost. I generally love Nobu elsewhere.

I don’t get the hate. yeah, it’s pricey; yeah, maybe there’s a hint of attitude. last I checked, this was Nobu and this was the hamptons. the food was on par with the food at nobu in manhattan though the atmosphere is a little less formal, befitting an area in such close proximity to the beach and even closer proximity to a pool. our server knew her stuff regarding the menu and waitstaff was always there to fill a water glass but not there so much to where it was intrusive. maybe a little less on point(service wise), then you would get in the city but loosen up folks. a very good experience all around

I am reading these reviews… and I am shocked. Are you people crazy? Nobu is amazing. I understand the pricing is high, but you get what you pay for. Maybe try taking a look at the menu/pricing BEFORE you sit down? Nobu has some of THE freshist fish I have ever had. I loved it so much, I went TWICE in one weekend. Just amazing… and the service was impecable both visits. Servers, hostesses, all of the above were friendly and accomodating. Sake? Drinkable, delish and dangerous… completely caught up with me after dinner haha. Yellowtail Sashimi with jalapenos and ponzu sauce? Fresh, thinly sliced and memorable. This was my favorite. Fried crab legs? Mmmmm. Beef Tataki? VERY good,…and I usually stay away form this dish. Again, fresh, fresh, fresh… Then, we also had some amazing fried shrimp… was it shrimp? It was just so good I didn’t really care at that point(nom nom)…but I remember it being spicey and sweet, and sooo addicting. I could have eaten an entire plate… I wish I could recall it’s name. Needless to say, this place is so good. So, so good.

Lame crowd and front of house staff seem lost. Food fine but not great. Nobu prices are what they are. PASS

Never have I been treated so rudely by a server in my life. Since we where staying at the hotel we decided to pop into the bar for apps after the outside server told us the cocktail tables where first come first serve. Well, when we attempted to sit at an empty table the hostess told us there was a waiting list. So we put our name on this«list». Finally we got a table which was dirty while the clean tables remained empty. The girls sitting next to us where obviously«working» girls as they where talking about who they where going to «work» tonight and had a roll of $ 100 bill in a rubber band which they waved around. Our waitress was BEYOND rude. If I owned this place I would be ashamed to have this person working for me. She made a big deal of having to clean the table. My friend asked for Shichimi which she had no idea what she was talking about. HELLO even the little hole in the wall sushi places in the city know what shichimi is. She then went to a bus boy and started complaining about us wanting«some weird thing» she’d never heard of. I had ordered a soda, which they took away and never offered a refill. The waitress never returned to ask us how the food was or if we needed anything. Instead she had the bus boy bring the check. No follow up. nothing. We also had a tab opened at the bar and when we asked if we could have the bills combined they said no. Actually, they rolled their eyes at us. All we wanted was some sushi, hold the attitude.
