Southampton, PA
Great location in Southampton. Crystal was extremely helpful in laying out all the features of the property. She drove me to the unit I requested but then showed me a larger unit which I wound up taking for my needs. She listened to my requirements and offered certain supplies I may need for the items being placed in the unit. They were friendly suggestions and I did not feel pressured. I was in and out of the office with my lock and paperwork in about 10 minutes. My experience so far with the unit, grounds, and service has been a very pleasant one.

Crystal was super friendly and helpful. It is my first time using any sort of public storage and it is very simple, fast and easy at Public Storage in Southampton.
Unfortunately, all their ads say $ 1 for the first month. Apparently if the unit you want is in high demand, you don’t get that deal. So I was all set up to go and THEN found out the $ 1 didn’t apply. So make sure you ask your questions!
