Good but pricey. Cash only. Old school and relaxed. Seat yourself(which isn’t apparent though if you’re not from the area). No frills. Great milkshakes and ice cream! I personally love sitting at the little ‘bar.‘ Get a root beer float and/or their Lime Rickey! You won’t be disappointed.

Great burgers and shakes. You step in and it’s like you’ve entered a time warp. Comforting and old school look. Friendly staff. Cash only.

I love everything about this place. It’s wonderful to find a quality and comfortable place to eat in Southampton. With a classic American menu, flavorful ice creams and their sweet Lime Rickey’s — there are so many reasons to make it a point to grab a stool or a booth at this luncheonette.

As our party of four was being ignored while we stood by the«Wait to be seated» sign for a good ten minutes, we were talking of leaving. What stopped us was the lady who came in the door behind us as she checked with us about our our party size and our wait, she breezed by us to one of the waitresses and asked if she and her companion could sit at an open two top. The waitress said yes, and as the lady and her friend sat down, the waitress got them a menu. This was frustrating enough that we sat down at an unbussed table and waited for service. The waitress soon came and cleared the table and we ordered breakfast. The breakfast was standard eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes & bacon or sausage, depending on the person. The coffee was so burnt and sting, none of us finished it, and when offered refills, we adamantly declined! The food was fair and service from the bustling waitresses was as good as can be expected from summer workers in a resort town. An acknowledgment from the owner(who looked at us numerous times) and an «I’ll be right with you» would go a long way to making this busy breakfast spot enjoyable.

While I was thinking about the best burgers I’ve ever had… Milkshakes, ice cream, burgers… Throw-back-Thursday diner seven days a week. For the classic thin patty, american cheese, Wonder Bread bun, you can’t do any better.

I always really liked this place. Used to go here alot, a few years back, haven’t made it out east as much nowadays. But I would like to return soon. Anyway, this place was great because it had that old fashioned, mom and pop, diner feel to it. The prices of the food weren’t bad either(especially for Hamptons). I always got the cheeseburger, and it was delicious. Very homemade tasting, not greasy or fast-foody. It was as if someone’s mother had just cooked it up for you. Deeeelish. Always very nice staff members as well.
