Sunbelt Rentals

In my single experience with this company, I was really underwhelmed. I needed a bigger air compressor than the one I have at home. The guys that work there seem to know little other than how to start them and load them on a truck. They sent me away with a compressor that was busted and really screwed up my plans for a weekend project. They are only open until noon on Saturday and not at all on Sunday, so if you have any problem, they’re no help at all. Of course that means you’ll have to return your item early Monday morning, which was inconvenient for me. Upon returning the item and explaining my problem, it was clear they only had the vaguest understanding of what an air compressor is supposed to do (tough concept, I know). They get a second star for agreeing to refund my money without too much trouble (we’ll see if the charges actually get reversed).
