Victor Security

We chose Victor Security for our new house when we moved to PA. They are a wonderful family run company that gives top notch service at a reasonable price. If you want basics, they’ll do it; if you want super fancy, state of the art, they’ve got that too! They do great installations and are totally on top of the monitoring. If you need/​want to make a change to equipment, no problem! Totally professional and friendly and will fully explain things and answer any questions you may have.

Best around! Professional and reliable. I wouldn’t use any one else! Been using them since 2000 and they have always gone above and beyond with their services.

Technically savvy, they REALLY know what they are doing, makes great recommendations and trusted guidance. I could go on an on, instead just look at the other posting and know the GOOD far outweighs the bad and they just are THAT GOOD! (and nice folks as well)

I have been using monitoring from Victor Security for 8 years and 4 houses. This family-​run business is 100% professional and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The thing I like most is that they are nice. You need a flexible payment plan for installation? They’ll work with you. Need something installed on a tight timeline? Consider it done. They are also very courteous – unlike some installers (thinking in particular about a company that rhymes with Romcast) they consider aesthetics when they install equipment and wiring. They don’t just slap something together that’s quickest and easiest for them. Also… they clean up after themselves! Like, they carry hand vacs and clean up drywall dust or whatever they have left behind. So nice!
Did I also mention that they are by far the most reasonably priced company in the area? They’ll give you a good enough deal on the equipment… but where you really save is the monitoring. WAY cheaper than any other place I looked. And they have all the new stuff – internet monitoring, remote on/​off, HD security cameras, etc. They are great!

When we moved to PA in 2001 we needed a security service for our new home. Victor Security has been our choice ever since. They are professional with prompt connections to our Police and Fire Dept. But beyond that is the personal friendly service that is the value added that makes them special. I doubt I could do better.
