She asked for my sister’s phone number to reach out to her to discuss the poor customer service we experienced. It is now Tuesday, at 4pm, and as of yet, no one from David’s Bridal has called my sister. The disappointment continues…

Picked up the altered dress and it looks great. They also steamed the veil free of charge. A friend of mine came along and learned how to lace up the bustle. Everyone remembered me again… how nice!
