This by far is the worst Sonic I have EVER been too! Here it is day 9 after I requested to speak to a higher ranking manager and you guessed it NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK YET!!! Just know you are not appreciated here as a customer. Take your money else where. Plenty of other businesses will appreciate your money being spent at their establishment. Not these idiots! Customer service is horrible from the managers. I had a problem with my order and they basically had NO COMPASSION. I get better service at McDonald’s. I’m disgusted with this place and never will eat here again. You have lost a great customer!
