I’ve been getting food from here for the past 10+ years. I’ve never been a huge fan of their pizza since I don’t really like the red sauce, BUT their white sauce/no sauce pizzas are new to me, and VERY good. They have some of the best french fries! Also, their chicken kabobs are delicious, as are their ceasar salads, blt wraps and tuna subs. HOWEVER, their chicken salad tastes more like ham salad and very salty. It’s a little weird. Lastly, try to avoid them on a Sunday. I hate to say this, I really do, but I usually order from the Southborough House on Thursdays and Sundays and it’s like ordering from two different places. Thursdays, the food is perfect, hot and made exactly to my specifications(I place my order online, which is very convenient and a great way to track your order). On Sundays however, the food prep is subpar and appears thrown together and something is always missing or a little off with my order/the quality isn’t as good.

I’ve been going to Southboro house for years and it has never let me down. I love the Greek style pizza and the chicken kabob dinners. The menu has a ton of options and the portions are HUGE! Great family business — would highly recommend it!

Eh, you know, it’s Greek style pizza. Not my favorite kind but pretty good for what it is. I would give 4 stars if I were a Greek pizza lover. Also, the steak and cheese was ok but not great. Not a whole lot of options in the area, so I will probly be back one day. Wouldn’t actively seek it out though. Would encourage getting pizza there if u like Greek style though.

I live down the street from southboro house so I eat from here all the time and I must say I’ve never had a problem with them. They are a little expensive but it’s usually worth the extra money.

Really good pizza. Took a while to get the pizza, but it was kind of busy, so understandable. Nice updated place. Recommended for good food.

The food is alright but definitely not worth $ 17.48 for a large half cheese half pepperoni. Food also takes forever to get no matter how busy it is.

I live less than 10 minutes away and it took over 90 minutes for delivery. The pizza was cold and greasy, the cheese had congealed into a thick paste, and there was literally a pool of grease in the bottom of the pizza box. Overall the pizza style was kind of between Pizza Hut and a microwave pizza. I love pizza and am generally not picky but this is barely edible.

Best place in town for some food. if you show up in the evening jump into a conversation with the owner, he loves a good chat. You may pay for some food but you’ll get quite an experience.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Ordered a large seafood sub, absolutely not flavor to it and warm as if it had been left out for a while. The sub roll was hard as if they bought it 4 days ago and left it out on the counter. The lettuce was dry and withered. Wife ordered a large ham and cheese sub(ingredients same temperature and quality as mine) which only had two slices of ham and two slices of cheese(yes we counted). Both were priced at $ 8.50 each which is horrific. With the quality we got it should have been worth $ 4. An absolute disgrace of a place. Will never go again. I can name so many more places with higher quality ingredients, and better quality for $ 1 — $ 2 less. Do not go and support this business.

Both times I’ve ordered I’ve had to wait a 15 min+. Unenthusiastic workers. Food ranges on the saltier side.

This place has fallen off since Angelo(founder) died. Counter girl is cute but kept getting my order wrong. And the small pizza shrunk to 10″ — have to look at other options. Long wait for pizza even though not crowded. Pizza crust separated from cheese and the onions only half cooked. On the plus side, they have added premium ice cream.

Their food is really good but they do not know how to run a business. We are a business that frequently orders from them a few times a week and they deliver. Food is frequently cold or missing items. When we call and politely ask them to rectify they have an attitude. The owner was outright rude.

Not my style of pizza. In cross section, you will see that the cheese makes up half the thickness. Very little sauce. If that is the kind of pizza you like, then go for t. The staff is nice. The building is nice and they have some decent bottled beer.

Southborough House of Pizza, or the SHOP as it is affectionately known, has just about the best location for this sort of business in town. Residing in the old firehouse(where they’ve been now for quite some time), they feature a spacious and open dining room with a rec/private party area that can be rented upstairs. The face lift that occurred several years back should have ushered in a new era of customer satisfaction that could not only be tied to it’s new façade but the quality of the food as well. Sadly, the latter never did take place. While the subs and apps are really done sufficiently well, the salads are nothing to write home about, and the pizza has always been just plain bad. It is overly greasy and tastes like it is made with straight-from-the-can sauce and government cheese. Take a napkin to the pie and see for yourself; you’d have sworn that Keystone found an alternative route for it’s pipeline!

Let me preface this review by stating that I’m a New Yorker so any pizza that isn’t from southern NY isn’t real pizza to me. SERVICE: I stopped by here with a bunch of coworkers for lunch and the place was pretty packed. Seating wasn’t an issue but it was filtering all the people through one register and a tiny kitchen. We ordered ahead which really helped out as it seems most regulars call it in too. FOOD: Not authentic Chicago deep dish but its halfway there. If you’re a fan of thin crust pizza, this place is not for you. The sauce: cheese ratio was good but it was a little too oily for my liking. Next time I come here I probably will order a grinder(a hero, sub or hoagie depending on your region) since those looked decent. They do have a lunch special; two slices of pizza Ethan a 20oz soda is $ 5, so it might be worth it at that price. I know if you went down 85 to Eros Pizza you’d be paying much more for lower quality food. SUMMARY: If you’re looking for a place with nice atmosphere during lunch, its worth a try.

Look, SHP is not CPK, but it’s a respectable local establishment. Sure, the pizza dough was not gently massaged into a EVOO masterpiece, but it’s dam’ good pizza that arrives on time and actually has the home cookin’ flavor. I’m a huge fan of their«pile of parmesan» alfredo fettucine, and the barbecue chicken pizza. Pro: local, delivers, on time, tasty Con: gyro wrap is a bit mushy, but hey — I shouldn’t be ordering gyro from a pizza place in the first place Overall, thumbs up SHP, keep rocking and supplying the suburbs!
