Miserable staff… I got a sub last week that was dry as ever… It’s a hit or a miss at this location.

Used to stop there weekly on my way home from work. The place is clean but the staff is miserable. Never had a problem with the food. Stopped there for the last time a week ago. Ordered a BMT. Guy behind the counter was having trouble putting my debit card through. I knew I had enough in my account but glitches happen, right? Manager came in and in the most broken of broken English explained that my «Card declined». I told them I would go to my car and make a call to the bank. After 15 minutes on the phone with a customer service woman, I was assured that my card and account were both in good order. As I get out of the car to try again, the subway guy is at my window telling me: «it’s not your card, our machine is down. I don’t know why my manager told you that. I was pissed and let them know that. 2 weeks later and a complaint to subway corporate has gone unanswered.

Almost every time we’ve attempted to go there after 7pm, they are closed. They do not honor the time on the door. Other times we’ve gone there and it’s hard to understand the person working and they often don’t understand what you want.

Yup, that $ 5 footlong jingle really draws you in! Stopped by on my way home from my cousins bridal shower and the jingle kept resonating in my head. This little subway is on Route 9 westbound side, just over the Framingham line and there’s a cutey that works there Sundays who loves and recommends the Spicy Italian. Fast, delicious and where else can you get a $ 5 footlong? Can’t beat it! Check out this subway for the fast and friendly service!
