Burrito Hut

We came here after visiting Sturbridge and it was so worth it. The service was fast and it has outdoor seating which is great on a beautiful day. The menu is very well priced. Around $ 7-​$ 8 for a burrito but they also have tacos, enchiladas, etc. all made win the freshest ingredients and tons of meat. The burrito was about the size of my head plus some and I ended up bringing over half home with me. Definitely coming back when I’m in the area!

OK my vegan peeps. This was my first try at this establishment. What a pleasant surprise. I said I was vegan and without a flinch they rattled off what they could whip up for me and described some other delicious Tacos and Nacho’s they could do. Very friendly and very enthusiastic.
With most «mainstream» restaurants when you say you don’t want meat and cheese… well that’s about what you get. It’s roughly ½ the weight, nothing is added to compensate. Well Not Here. These guys loaded my burrito Good. I’m talking beans rice, squash, corn, avocado, olives and a delicious sauce. Plus they gave me a side of their Really hot sauce. It was every bit as hefty as a good chipotle burrito but with a lot more flavor. And not so drippy and runny. To top it off they had whole wheat burrito wraps ! Yes indeed I will be back to this vegan friendly establishment. Oh, and for the gluten free peeps, I was told they can also take care of You
…Came back another time and tried their Potato Burrito (vegan style). If you love good tasting fries and crave something different then give this a try, Very delicious!

yuuuuge ‘rritos for cheap. it’s definitely a twofer. you can kill two meals with one ‘rrito.

Good Mexican takeout. Not completely authentic but hey it’s a burrito hut and definitely better than Taco Bell. Lol Not to mention this is it for Mexican food in town.
I got the taco trio with the chicken, beef and pork. All pretty good but my favorite is the chicken, by far it has the best flavor. I wasn’t a fan of romaine lettuce on my taco or even the salsa. My wife got the loaded shredded beef burrito and said it is definitely the best burrito she’s had from a takeout place because usually they’re lacking flavor. We also shared the chips and salsa with guacamole. Honestly, the salsa was terrible. It didn’t seem fresh and there was something off about it. The guacamole needed salt but once we added it it was really delicious. Next time we know to skip the salsa and double the guac!
Will definitely go again if I can’t make it to Worcester or Boston for the real good stuff.
–Somehow forgot to comment on the customer service. Last time it was eh okay but this time I got someone new. A guy with longer hair. He was completely awesome. Helpful, polite and had a huge smile the entire time. Good guy and definitely made me happy I came back.

Heard great things about this place so I stopped by and picked up a menu. I liked the menu so much that I ordered from them the next day.
I called in and ordered a chicken burrito bowl with a side of guacamole. The food was ready quickly. Upon picking up the food I was happy with how friendly the woman at the window was.
I was impressed by the chicken burrito bowl. The flavors were delicious and fresh. Very happy to have found this place! Will be ordering again very soon.

Yummmmy food. This is definitely somewhere my family and I will continue to eat. Even my picky daughter loves the quesadillas. Staff is friendly.

Best food in Southbridge and awesome friendly staff. The portions are huge and the price isn’t expensive at all I would highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed

The taste is Ok, but too much rice in the burrito. Over priced for a lunch for a food truck. Service is Ok.

Now open Mondays until 7:30 p.m. Pros: largest tàco bowls EVER, good pork/​carnitas and shredded beef/​barbacoas. Great Buffalo chicken quesadilla and yellow rice. Cons: boring nachos. Best option for Mexican food within 5 minutes of Sturbridge/​South bridge.

Burrito hut is located in the Big Bunny plaza in Southbridge. Window service and take out with outdoor picnic tables & umbrellas. The menu is a lot like Chipotle w/​burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, but also a couple of burger options. I was there at lunchtime and there was a line 5 deep which was a combination of people ordering and picking up. There was 1 person on the grill and one person taking and filling orders by phone and the window. So, either go earlier or expect a bit of a wait. I had the pork quesadilla, which was quite good — not dry at all and just the right amount of peppers and onions. I also has ordered the corn salsa, which was made with roasted corn, peppers, and tomatoes. They did forget my sour cream, so just double check your bag before you leave.

I was at the laundromat in the plaza reading the menu and someone said it was excellent, so after i finished the laundry, i called and ordered the fully loaded nachos. I am vegetarian so didnt get any meat on them. I picked them up, they give you all the sides (ask for guac). These were delish and a lot of food, ate them in 2 sittings. These guys do a great job. Food was fresh, quick and nicely packed for travel. They are friendly too! The nachos were only $ 8 with the guac. Perfect dinner for me. Looking forward to trying their other menu items. Glad i went there.

Excellent! Saw some reviews on Facebook and decided to try it out last night — very good choice!
Had a burrito bowl and couldn’t even begin to finish it, leftovers today were good too! Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned well. I will be going back!
Only con I found was the outdoor seating — bummer. But takeout is always an option.

The best burritos around!. I have been there twice. Great friendly service. They use all fresh ingredients.
