Since changing to all digital service the TV reception is absolutely horrible. The picture is frequently fuzzy and the sound keeps going off. Had a technician here last week and he said it’s a system wide problem. Please bare wit us. Six months of poor quality reception? Really? And the engineers can’t figure it out? This is what we pay over $ 100.00 a month for?

This is a review of the Walk in customer service center NOT the cable service. I don’t know about anyone else, but I hate having o call the cable company. Of course an automated system answers and you must go through 5 – 10 minutes worth of menus before you can get a real person on the phone. And all too often it is with someone outside of this country where English is not their first language. Whenever possible, I just stop in here since it’s only about a mile from home. My experiences have always been good, I have always been able to get my issues resolved quickly and with someone I can understand. In some cases I have been offered advise that was to my benefit without putting money unnecessarily into Charters. Located right on the corner of Charlton and Central Streets, about the only negative is the tiny parking lot.
