So, the people who have written negative reviews are described as nut jobs by the company (I know this because I asked about negative reviews that I saw on the BBB site). But, be warned, if you ask one too many questions about the job you want done, they may tell you they feel uncomfortable, don’t like how the conversation is going & don’t feel they are a good fit for your project… Uh, HUH??? Will be looking elsewhere… Looks like previous complaints of poor communication may be more on the ball than I previously thought.
