Not a great place for shipping. They charge you to put a few pieces of tape on a box. The gentleman at the counter thought I had his pen and yelled for me out the door after I had left the store! (I had returned the flipping pen) Business & shipping down the road (Union Sq) is so much better in every way. Friendly & super accommodating!

While I did receive good customer service from the man at the counter, there was another employee who was screaming at a customer in the back office. then he came out to the front where we were a continued yelling at this customer on the phone.
It was really uncomfortable and even the clerk helping me was telling him to «shh». Very unprofessional.

I recently sold several items on Ebay and used this UPS store to ship. I got fast friendly service and none of my items suffered damage. One time, the UPS employee forgot to ask me if I wanted insurance so he called me after I left to ask. Great customer service! Thanks!
