So I came here for an overnight stay from the city with my family and booked some services. We get a phone call that a mistake was made on our part before we even show up and we have to change or cancel the service. They overbooked themselves when the truth came out from our therapist. Ok, we go in and the spa therapist apologized as we go into the dingy rooms. She was clearly in distress. The place is in total chaos as a loud mouth front desk coordinator is obviously having a meltdown for we could hear her even in the massage and facial room. Our facials and massage were not relaxing nor were the pedicures. Especially when we overheard the therapist talking about the spa owner getting evicted. What? The spa doesn’t seem to fit in with the theme of the hotel or the friendly hotel staff. The hotel and food is amazing but the spa treatments suck.

I bought my wife a pre-natal spa day here — we were initially worried as all the reviews were very old, but we’re glad we went ahead — Tres Jolie is still there and still doing a great job. Specific wins: — They were friendly and accommodating throughout, we booked close to the day, and then changed it the day before, they shuffled their schedule to make it work. — The massage was very good, very relaxing, and when she mentioned her only pregnancy craving had been fresh-squeezed orange juice, they promptly went and got her some. — The mani-pedi was great, and when she immediately smudged her nail polish they happily re-painted it. In sum, if you’re looking for a great day spa, and particularly one associated with a country hotel, this is a great pick.

I just recently went to Tre Jolie Day Spa for my second time. After my first visit, I was a little skeptical about the true length of my massage, as it was supposed to be 90 minutes. This time, I decided to check my watch as I was laying down on the bed, and again when the massage ended. It turns out my 90 minute massage was only 76 minutes. One may think, well… it is only a 14 minute difference. However, that is 15%, or 1/6th, of the entire period. For the price of what I had to pay, that is quite a disappointment. The other services I received were very nice. However, I couldn’t help but feel as though I had been taken advantage of. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Was staying at the hotel there so they fit me in for a massage when I called at the last minute. Excellent massage by Roxy!

I have had facials at many facilities and have been trying to find a spa that is thorough and doesn’t nag you to buy their product line, Each product was explained to me though as it was applied and it’s purpose. At the end of the facial, I was given free trial size packets of what had been utilized with no pressure to buy. I actually needed foundation, which they sold, and recieved great service when they applied it for me. They even«finished off» my whole face with founation and bronzer too since I was heading out that evening. Wonderful experience!

These people weren’t overly friendly over the phone when I initially made my reservation, but the experience once we were there was perfectly fabulous. I had a 50-minute facial, and my husband had a 50-minute massage, and we both had a really pleasant experience.
