What a cute little store!!! They have so many random goodies here that I could have probably wandered around for an hour and still not have been able to see everything. They sell clothing, accessories, high-​end crafts, kitchen gadgets, books, knickknacks and home décor. They are dog friendly, the owner is super sweet and I just learned they have an online store that offers free shipping on orders of $ 50. Seriously? Take my money!!!

I want to be this store when I grow up. Seriously, I’d love to work here just to be around all the lovelies they keep in stock. Mega-​high fives for the constant rotation of merchandise. Nothing is worse than seeing the same stuff month after month. Everything is just wonderful, the owner is responsive, and the employees are delightful and helpful. What’s not to love?

We wandered in on a dreary day and very much enjoyed the shop. It began to rain as we were about to leave. The shopkeeper offered us an umbrella to borrow for our Southern Pines visit. Southern hospitality!

From the first time I stepped into Sundi’s shop, I knew I loved her eclectic and fun taste! That was 5 years ago and I haven’t looked back. Sundi’s shop makes it easy to shop local and support our Southern Pines community. I get especially excited around Christmas time because it makes choosing Christmas presents for my friends and family so easy; gifts they don’t have to pretend to like :) I unequivocally rate Sundi’s shop w 5 stars — I’d give Mockingbird 10 stars, if I could! And now she ships, too, which is such a great option for us military families!

Adorable space and perfect for finding a unique gift for almost anybody! The staff is awesome! I ran in to find a birthday gift for a friend and ended up finding three! The greeting cards are adorable. Check it out!

LOVE Mockingbird!
I make my way out to Southern Pines at least once a month from the Fayetteville area for a more unique, personable shopping experience, and Mockingbird is by far my favorite stop! Whether I know what I’m shopping for, or just looking for inspiration, Mockingbird has it. There are so many great gift ideas for all ages, and the growing clothing selection is fantastic. Every time I go in, I’m met with a friendly welcome, and have a pleasant shopping experience. Mockingbirds’ owner, Sundi, is amazing and always willing to help me out with my decorating dilemmas. I definitely recommend making Mockingbird a priority on your next Southern Pines outing!

Mockingbird is a beautiful boutique located right on «the strip» (Broad Street) in downtown Southern Pines. The store is a beautiful place to just walk through + look for inspiration, as well as to pick up something fun for yourself or your home, or the perfect gift for a friend. The owner, Sundi, has a great eye for design. I guarantee you won’t be able to walk through this store without finding something you love. (Unless you have terrible taste, in which case you might be disappointed. Everything here is beautiful.)
She also has an adorable selection of children’s things (including Ugly Dolls + beautiful Serena & Lily slings). If you are shopping in downtown Southern Pines, you don’t want to miss out on Mockingbird.
