Been to this location many times, every time they forget something wether it’s my fries or my drink. The last time I went the drive thru lady who was being very disrespectful forgot my drink and my fries so I had to drive around and wait in line again. Once I got to the window the lady immediately got defensive and didn’t believe I had a drink showed her my receipt and she finally gave me it. Also I only got one sauce(9 pcs. Always come with 2) and she wouldn’t even give me another one with charging me even after they screwed up my order. If you’re looking for a Burger King skip this one and try the one at 12 and Orchard lake.

This is a terrible place to work, it’s filled with drama and the workers are always miserable nectar of their G.M. The service is slow as well

Extremely slow service. I can get a sub made quicker at subway than I can get through the drive through here. Tried to get breakfast this morning but I wanted 10 minutes and the drive through line didn’t move at all. Drove down the street to Taco Bell who had no line and got me food very quickly. Speed of service is completely unacceptable, management needs to get on top of this.

This Burger King thinks I’m a god! They keep giving me burnt offerings. :-( I haven’t had really any issues with speed. They have been fairly quick. And usually accurate, which is about all you can ask for from fast food joints. But their burgers passed flame-broiled on the way to charred. Not charcoal cake, but enough so that the flavor is not very appealing. The service has been fine. The place is clean. The food is hot. The only significant gripe I have with this Burger King is that their burgers are always burnt and don’t taste great. And if ‘burger’ is in your name and your specialty, they should be excellent enough to make one come back. Now to let them know that this deity prefers shakes and onion rings over burnt offerings of animal flesh.

Sometimes you do have to wait a while for your food, but honestly, the food here is really well prepared. I’d rather wait a little longer for a hot, juicy whopper, than receive a meal in 30 seconds that is only lukewarm or inaccurate. Other than that, it’s your standard Burger King Franchise. It’s a block away from McDonald’s and Taco Bell too!

AVOID. I work within walking distance of this Burger King and I have to say it is by far the single worst attempt at being a Burger King I have ever experienced. Problem #1: It’s always busy at lunch and the folks running the place don’t have a clue how to balance the traffic inside. You’ll either arrive and there will be a 15 person line at the register, or you’ll arrive and there’ll be two people taking orders while 15 people are waiting for their food to be ready. Problem #2: The food is sub-par, even for a Burger King. I typically order a Whopper or a few Whopper jr.s. The burgers will appear to have been sat upon. On the off chance that they do not appear to have been sat upon, the condiments of the burger will be on the side, on the top, on the bottom of the bottom bun or somewhere other than on the inside of the burger. If you came for the busy lunch, the burger will be soggy because they microwave the patty on top of the bottom bun. The people that work there actually appear to be high. The kicker: Go there when it’s not busy … somehow it’s just as slow and lousy. The Drive Through: It’s one of those«once you order, you’re stuck» drive-thru’s, so once you discover that you are tired of waiting 20 minutes to get your food, you can’t just get out of line and leave. Bottom Line: Terrible.
