I had a great experience, with my Brazilian wax. Since this was my first time I had to sign a form that gave great insights into dos and donts of your waxing my experience. Crystal used hard and soft wax and I was in and out in no time. The ambiance was nice, the place was clean and Crystal was super nice. I’ll definitely be returning when I’m back in town.
Oh and she has a Groupon for your waxes! It’s $ 25 for your first time!!! I suggest getting the 3 wax package!

Pretty surprised right now. I bought a groupon for a Brazilian and booked my appointment a week in advance. The day of my appointment, I get a call from someone at ccs saying that she cannot accommodate my 5pm appointment because it is not a groupon slot. She then proceeds to tell me that she can only accommodate me at 1pm — it was 12pm when she called, so I got an hour notice to come in or I can’t come at all. Neither the website nor the groupon specify anything about booking specific times when using a groupon. I think it’s pretty ghetto to receive a phone call the day of, an hour before, to come in or I can’t be accommodated. I will be calling groupon to get a refund. I expressed on the phone this was very poor customer service and I continually received some halfway viable explanation for why my appointment was given to someone else. This place is clearly not run professionally, do not recommend at all.

While I believe the esthetician was nice, there was all around poor customer service. When I entered the facility, I was not even sure if I was in the right location. There were hardly any signs, and I wasn’t greeted or welcomed by anyone. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and waited in a very small, dingy room for about 25 minutes before seeing anyone. I had to call the number on the website to ensure that I was at the right place. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience at this place.

I have tried to call and make an appointment at least 15 times all but one time it has been no answer and I can’t leave a message because her mail box is full. The only time she did pick up i lost service and called back immediately afterwards and she didnt answer my call for the rest of the day. I purchased a groupon for this place and am starting to feel like i may have waisted my money, if i do finally get in i will review how my services went.

I went here over the weekend with my boyfriend we got a couple massage didn’t know she did eye brows and make up and waxing. Prices was very good and she was very professional. You can tell she knew what she was doing. So happy with her services.
