Concentra Occupational Health Centers

Not sure what all the gripe is about, but my experience here was pleasant. Staff were very friendly and professional. Wait time was short. I was concerned sure to previous reviews but this place is clean and well staffed.

Well I have been going to this place for over a year now. They have usually been pleasantly nice and professional. Until recently with this new crew they have hired. Rude, dirty, and lazy. Walk and talk about their weekends and how they can’t stand their jobs. All I want to do is have u take my urine screen not listen to your opinions or how long it takes U to get home with traffic. Wish I had another clinic to go to but for now will always steer people away from this lazy ass crew.

I went in for a physical for an internship, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. After waiting for over an hour to go to the back room (despite not being very busy) I waited in one of the rooms for over an hour. After going out to ask a nurse what was going on, who assured me, they had not forgot about me, my chart was right there, another nurse comes to tell me that the doctor actually left because something came up. I could hear from the room the nurse tell another employee that he told the doctor he was done because he thought he had completed the physical. So, 2 hours + for a 5 minute physical… avoid this place like the plague, I feel bad for those that are forced to go to this joke of an establishment.
If I was allowed to give zero stars, I definitely would, horrible horrible horrible. Also, «Doc», it’s kind of unprofessional to reek like cigarette smoke, just saying.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE!
I came in for a routine physical to get medical clearance. The «Back Office Staff» that conduct your patient interview are all pretty nice and friendly but the facilities and equipment are used and worn out. The real problem was this «doctor» Mrs. Krammer that conducted my physical, who wasn’t actually a doctor but a Physician Assistant (PA). From the moment she walked in, she had a terrible attitude and rushed through the physical. When she asked why I needed medical clearance and found out I’m a medical student, she began an assault on my future career. To make a long story short, she pretty much told me to no become a doctor because it’s not worth it. She then stormed out without taking the time to fully answer the questions I posed for her.
If you’re coming in to get a drug screen or something where the doctor isn’t involved, then it’s worth it. But if you actually need to see a doctor or have questions regarding your health, PLEASE FIND A REAL DOCTOR. This place is basically the McDonalds of the medical center community.
