Ordered a pizza and salad. Neither was very good. Other items looked great on the menu so maybe ordered the wrong things. Either way $ 16.93 I’m not getting back. Next out to eat experience will be somewhere else

Horrible service. Never plan to order online and pickup in store. I placed my order hours in advance and was told when I arrived«we haven’t started on that» and«we try to watch for them in back»

Honestly, I’m obsessed with Cosi… it is so delicious. But this particular one is HORRIBLE. The girl who took my order looked like she was on drugs. Her eyes were rolling back and she was extremely rude. They need new staff, ASAP.

I had a great experience twice at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the manager(I believe her name was Cynthia or Christine) was amazing and recommended my mother and I have the tomato basil soup with parmesan, which was delicious. I will definitely return!

I’ve been to this place 3 – 4 times. Two of those times my order was messed up. I once ordered the chicken tandoori salad and specified I wanted the dressing on the side. We had ordered online and a co-worker went to pick it up. The dressing was on the salad. I ate it and it was alright, but not what I ordered. Today I ordered a steak salad for 9 dollars and wanted the dressing on the side. This time, the dressing was on the side but they missed the red onions. Without the onions the salad consisted of five pieces of steak, chopped tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and grated Romano cheese. Not good. Especially not for 9 dollars. Everything I’ve had here is overpriced and not anything special and they can’t seem to get my order right.

Delicious. Good service, friendly staff, amazing food. Get the lemonade. It’s yummy. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Super convenient location next to Meijer but tastes so much better than Subway.

I am back in Southfield, MI, so I am eating at COSI. 8:30PM I asked the cashier what would be more warming — the Portabella Bowl or Turkey Melt. She answers that She likes the Melt better, which actually not does not answer my question… The flavors are good, its just not warming. Gotta stop getting«sandwiches» here, their flatbread is just too hard to eat in public. I am trying the hot apple cider — good & warming. The Chia(guava) shot was like tiny pearl tapioca but needed either a RIPE strawberry on top or more sugar. But you do get plenty to eat and I like the choice of carrots instead of chips. Unilocal — your spell checker doesn’t like Portobella(sp?). Cosi management — you have a nice looking restaurant, interesting healthy food, but your people are not very trained… And please do not sink into the trap of using out of season tasteless produce just because you want the item to look the same all year long.

Ordered a full size ceased salad with the warm multi grain bread. Came out fairly fast as expected for a salad. Food was good. I prefer the Birmingham location as they had more fresh bread samples available.

I used to love Cosi. This location, while never that busy. cannot complete an order without forgetting something… last time the bread, this time the carrots. No attention to detail. Despite my attempts to double check, I inevitably come up short! If that isn’t frustrating enough, the Gorgonzola on my Signature Salad was completely pulverized(like Parmesan). I can only attribute this to freezer burn. «Oh, where has all the quality gone?»

They have a nice menu but i really wish they had more distinctive vegan or vegetarian friendly options or at least some type of healthy, lite fare. I do think that the salads are very good(the signature salad with the fresh bread is a nice meal but pricey at about $ 8), and they have a hummus sandwich which is really nothing exceptional taste wise. I’d say that there are less than 5 options for me to eat here and it’s too bad because it’s a place that friends like. The interior to me is not as nice as some of the other Cosi’s in the area.

Very very good ! Definitely my favorite place to eat! Highly recommend. Had the chicken abodo salad and the multigrain bread. Mmm! Love the organic and all natural food! Right up my ally.

Okay, so I went to the new Panera opening up on Telegraph across the street first, and the mean manager told me that I couldn’t use their wi-fi, and that they were closed. I’m thinking to myself, why in the heck was the door unlocked? Anyhow, I walked out and went to COSI! Brandy greeted me when I walked in and offered me a sample of the Steak And Cranberry Chilli. ITWASGREAT. I ordered that and also had a sample of the Lemonade Mojito. I ordered that too. COSI is my new fav. Everytime I have ever come into a COSI the people are really nice. Shout out to BRANDY for brightening up my day when the Bah hum bug manager at Panera was Mean! FYI there is no time limit on Wi-FI at Cosi. There is a time limit at Panera :-(

Get the Adobo chicken bowl with avocado, it’s fantastic. Better than any bowl you can get at chipotle across the street. This is a pretty good lunch restaurant.

Great experience! Cashiers were very friendly and helpful. My friend had the mozzarella basil. Sandwich. Yum!!! I had the steak, blue cheese. Melt. Very tasty. Nice size sandwiches. The bread is nice and thin. The mozzarella sandwich had thick slices of mozzarella. I liked the steak on my sandwich, but would have loved more blue cheese. I look forward to trying more sandwiches and the salads. I wish there was one closer to me. It’s a bit pricey.

The pizzas and salads are absolutely delicious. They also have amazing drinks and bread pudding. The staff is always super friendly and the restaurant stays clean. I also love that the menu lists calorie counts.

Cosi, despite its fancy name and its fancy airs, is cousin to all the low end sandwich shops. You’ll find nothing here that Subway or the neighbourhood supermarket deli doesn’t stock. The main competition around this area comes from the popular delis and bagel places. Like them all, Cosi boasts terrible parking as hundreds of diners try to negotiate the hectic Telegraph/Twelve Mile/I-696/M-10 Lodge Freeway intersection in a chronic case of roundabout-itis. The parking lot is less tight in front of the building, but overspill from popular Mediterranean restaurants, DSW, and Meijer takes its toll. Give up, spare your bumpers, and walk a bit by getting near Lowe’s if you want to get in a bit faster. Cosi is forever crowded around lunch and full of plenty of unhappy employees. My handful of visits produced tired and weary sandwich-makers not quite up to the task of dealing with that onslaught. I give them credit, they try. Making $ 10 an hour shilling sandwiches and slopping the contents onto bread while people won’t give you the time of day is not an easy job in life. I sympathize, but sometimes I just want my sandwich to go so I can have a short break from the rat race. More than half the time, my simple sandwiches come up wrong, something critical forgotten or added. It’s fine if the pickle is missing, but mayonnaise is not so good if I nixed it from my diet. The selection of sandwiches is fairly broad, though none are standouts. You get essentially the same thing: underspiced, bland filling, an assortment of veggies, plopped onto a slab of bread that definitely wasn’t baked this morning. The bread often feels stale and none too fresh. For $ 7, is it a bit too much to ask for some consistency and freshness? Probably not. For my money, I’ll sooner go to the pita place a few doors over or try Subway off Franklin.

Ew. Rather than responding to my criticism, Cosi took my email address and started sending me coupons. YOUSUCK!

Mom taught me that it was important to be properly attired for the event you were attending. You wouldn’t wear flip-flops, cutoffs and a tank top to lunch with the Queen of England; you’d be underdressed, and that would be a bad thing. On the other hand, my Bombay Chicken salad today was like a trash collector wearing a tuxedo, spats and high-buttoned shoes — overdressed like crazy — and that was also a bad thing. The help was friendly enough, and I did taste a bit of curry powder here and there when it was able to fight its way through the peppercorn-ranch dressing that drowned the greens. But they’re going to have to do better than this to get me to come back, especially with the crappy parking and general aggravation inherent in a trip to the Tel-12 Mall.

The parking lot is sometimes challenging. The wait is sometimes long, and the prices are a bit inflated in comparison to somewhere like Panera, but I haven’t had anything that wasn’t decent tasting. They have some AMAZING flavored lemonade. I mean STELLAR. I had a mint mojito lemonade, rapsberry lemonade, and I didn’t try it personally, but saw a watermelon jabanero lemonade as well, which I’m sure was good. My best friend who was pregnant at the time CRAVED these often, so we made lots of visits here for lunch. I think Panera is better and less expensive, but there isn’t one nearby.
