I recently had a catastrophic failure of a hard drive and needed to retrieve the data. Since I neglected to make a proper back-​up of my data, this would prove to be a costly endeavor.

I took the failed drive and a replacement drive to DRG. They were able to recover all software from the failed drive and place it on the replacement drive in a couple day turn-​around.
Their prices aren’t for the feint-​at-​heart, and they might be out of the reach of a typical home computer user. For me, it was a business decision and I was able to retrieve valuable files, so the price issue was a moot point.
A great business to have right in the Metro Detroit area. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do, it will be with confidence that I avail myself of their services.
