Firestone

I am currently inside the so called ‘waiting room’ and waiting for my over hour long oil change.
I’ve solely download this Unilocal app to write a review about this specific African American lady with the glasses handling the front check-​in counter. Now this has been my second time being here, and can’t help but to feel the same racist and RUDE vibes I’ve gotten off of this older women. As I walk in and politely state why I am in for today, she begins rolling her eyes, sighing loud enough for me to feel like I’m bothering her, hurrying me up trying to get me to sign the form sheet and sit down quickly to get out of her hair, monotone voice that hardly explained why I was being charged $ 90 for an oil change till I had to find out there was a cheaper option. Puzzled as to why I’m being rushed off, and talked to as if I’m an incompetent child was the hard part to swallow. But seeing as she’s WAY older than my 28year young self, I decided to quietly sit here and write this epic review. It’s clear this Firestone has their ‘own line of customers’ and ‘the regulars’ they definitely look after the proper way. But random walk ins, and people still under the age of 45 should be treated in the proper, business fashion.
I hope this post is enough to have the issue addressed, and further discipline took place.
